Pros:

La ubicación y la atención del bar y los empleados de recepción qué tenias para consultar ante la duda y la seguridad del lugar.

Cons:

Estuvimos en el bloque de departamentos B,departamentos Ático,la limpieza de los espacios comunes (ascensor y pasillo )no existia)y en los departamentos la limpieza no se realizaba, ni cambiaban las bolsas de basura,De cuatro dias queestuvimos solo dos tendieronla cama..El diseño no era adecuado, balcones enormes y dormitorios y baño sumamente chicos.Tienen cocina y lavadora desprovista de todo insumo, lo cual para una estadía corta no tienen sentido, podrían proveer elementos de cortesía.

Naar gelang er foto's op de site staan komen deze helemaal niet overeen met de kamer die we geboekt dachten te hadden.De kamer viel daardoor erg tegen.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, esta a pasos del centro, caminando es muy cerca cruzando el puente peatonal.
Se siente seguro, ya que hay guardias en la entrada del complejo.
Alquilamos pensando que nuestra reserva tenía cocina, y al llegar nos llevamos la sorpresa de que no tenía nada de eso. Pero al otro día la buena voluntad de la señora de la administración nos consiguió una habitación con cocina, asique nuestra estadía fue la esperada finalmente.
El complejo tiene un pequeño bar junto a l piscina y en los apartamentos qué estábamos también tenía una piscina interna. Las instalaciones son un poco viejas en ese sector, pero nada nos incómodo.
No se permiten niños, por lo cual es muy tranquilo para descansar.

Prima voor een verblijf in Willemstad.
Pros:

Net compleet appartement, met wasmachine, op loopafstand van de pontjesbrug, Punda en Otrobanda.
Volledig ingericht. Wasmachine aanwezig. Top!

Cons:

Appartement mooi vormgegeven, afwerking wat minder. Het en der schade of kapot. TV slaapkamer was defect.

La ubicación y trato del personal al llegar es excelente. Otro punto fuerte es la seguridad que uno siente dentro de las instalaciones.

Cons:

Pocas cosas tal vez la zona donde ofrecen el desayuno esta alejada y poblada por unos gatos del lugar, incomodaron algo a mi pareja.

Pros:

Locatie en mijn deluxe apartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi uitzicht op het zwembad.

Cons:

Mijn airconditioner lekte in de woonkamer. Dit was al bij aankomst bekend. Echter werd er pas na 2 dagen een andere kamer aangeboden. Ik had zoiets van, waarom uberhaupt dan deze ruimte toch verhuren als er zo'n belangrijk item defect is. Uiteindelijk werd de airco 1 dag voor mijn vertrek gerepareerd.

Me gustó la habitación, grande con una linda vista.

Cons:

No me gustó la ubicación de la habitación que nos dieron, quedaba al lado del bar y dos noches hicieron karaoke y fiesta hasta la media noche. El baño olía muy mal. Un dia llegamos y toda la habitación olía a cloaca...la cisterna de baño está muy alta y es incomoda.

The Ritz Village - Curacao
Pros:

The room we stayed in was an efficiently type and was great, nice balcony but overlooked many dead trees and brush which should be cleaned up by the resort. The pool area is very nice and comfortable but the bar service is very lacking. The food at the bar is not great, the pizza is frozen out of a box I am sure. The bar staff are not friendly and welcoming. I wanted to ask the bartender if she ever smiles, but my other half would have flipped out. If you rent a car, ask for a small car, the parking under the units are so tight and parking is beyond stressful. I had a larger SUV and it was challenging for sure. You have your own spot where we were but if the other car next to you does't move to the extreme side, it is an issue. The cleaning staff was great as well as the reception area. There is one road in and out and and narrow and it is a two way, often stressful. Nice location to walk into town if you are up for it! Bring a blanket for the bed, it has clean sheets and a top sheet but a small blanket like a receiving blanket for a baby. Our TV's did not work the entire time, but we didn't call the desk since I watch most on the computer. We are looking at other options that best suite our needs for the trip in October. It's not a bad place but plan accordingly. Very clean and nice room.

Pros:

A hospedagem é excelente ! Local super lindo, agradavel, funcionarios muito solicitos a todo momento. Super recomendamos. Otimo mesmo... Podem ir sem medo, pois se esforçam ate no idioma para atender o hospede da melhor maneira. Estacionamento amplo, mercado pertinho, quarto completo. O cuidado é tanto que deixam o ar condicionado ligado na chegada para o ambiente estar fresquinho. Adoramos

Pros:

El bufet es súper completo, el ambiente del restaurante y de la piscina es muy agradable. La cama estuvo cómoda y dentro de la habitación no tuvimos ningún problema. No supimos que tenía concina, y encontrarla fue lo mejor.

Cons:

El grifo del lavaplatos era muy duro para cerrarlo y evitar que el agua se quedara regando.
