Pros:

Le resort est joli mais pas assez entretenu je trouve à mon goût. Les repas sont très bon au pool bar.
La chambre était grande, confortable et bien équipée.

Cons:

Les horaires de la restauration du matin, si un client doit partir très tôt pour son vol ou so bateau. Le restaurant n'ouvre pas avant 8h. Donc j'ai payé un petit déjeuner que je n'ai pas consommé.

Lovely eco hotel set in lush gardens
Pros:

The hotel is set in beautiful gardens with the river on one side and a wild stretch of beach on the other side. The pool is lovely.

Pros:

Le lieu est agréable et calme. La piscine est très appréciable. Il y a un grand jardin.
La chambre était spacieuse et propre.
Un lieiu idéal pour les amoureux de quiétude et de nature.
Loin de l'agitation de la ville.
Il y a un restaurant sur place qui est ouvert matin, midi, après-midi et soir jusqu'à 20h.

Cons:

Le personnel pourrait être 1 peu plus souriant.
Il y a des dames très gentils mais la plupart ne sourit pas beaucoup surtout à l'accueil.
Le petit déjeuner est un peu juste.
Limité en ce qui concerne celui compris dans le prix. Pour avoir plus de choix, tout est payant
Il manque juste de quoi réchauffer dans la chambre.ceci dit nous avons pu demander au personnel du restaurant de réchauffer certains plats. Ce qu'ils ont accepté sans souci

Pros:

Breakfast options were good. Liked the staff, the service and the coffee.
The reception staff, the restaurant staff, the drivers Zaire and Dr Llama went above their call of duty to make our stay comfortable.
Appreciate the way the management and staff took utmost care when the rains/floods played havoc. One day’s extended stay was not charged and they ensured we got adequate food/water and other needs.

Cons:

We learnt that full breakfast was not available with the room charge. If this was known we could have paid the additional charge for full breakfast at the time of booking
The rain and the floods, made the bridge from and to Rosalie bay inaccessible. However, the management and staff ensured our extra day’s stay was pleasant.
The spa had advertised some promotions but it was not available

Pros:

Schitterende omgeving en heerlijk ontbijt. Toen we de laatste dag vroeg moesten vertrekken kregen we zelfs ingepakt ontbijt mee.

Overall disappointing
Pros:

The restaurant staff and the grounds staff were really pleasant

Cons:

The service was not up to expectation neither was the facilities. We also saw no Turtles when this is advertised as a place to see turtles around this time of year.

Pour un séjour au calme.
Pros:

Le complexe hôtelier est bien situé dans une zone peu peuplée de la Dominique, beau parc bien arboré et soigné. Personnel sympathique et dispo. Piscine ou rivière car mer pas propice à la baignade.

Séjour reposant dans un cadre magnifique en pleine nature
Pros:

Cadre magnifique et très reposant, bel établissement, belles chambres et tout est très propre le complexe est très bien entretenu

Cons:

Temps d’attente au restaurant trop long jamais moins d’une heure avant d’être servis après une commande, les repas pourraient être améliorés et personnel mitigé certains très accueillants d’autres pas du tout même pas un sourire et aucun effort si vous ne parlez pas anglais

Joli hôtel confortable au calme, mais accueil et organisation du restaurant à revoir
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse confortable et propre. Grande penderie. Literie confortable. Jolie piscine. Peu de chaises longues avec des coussins malheureusement. Endroit calme et reposant. Grandes terrasses devant les chambres. Plats du restaurant très bien
L'hôtel est bien situé sur l'île pour les visites des cascades et autres point d'intérêts "nature"

Cons:

Le restaurant devrait améliorer son accueil au bar, parfois limite impoli, avec l'impression de déranger, et le service est très lent. Restaurant dit "gastronomique", qui ne l'est pas, même s'il propose des plats différents des autres lieux de restauration. On y mange très bien par contre.
