Pros:

Very friendly staff and great location.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable for me. The shower doesn't have a showerhead holder. The air conditioning was louder than usual.

Comfortable stay in unique setting
Pros:

Nice clean rooms. Very comfortable. Very cool location in the Diocletian’s Palace. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unique location close to many restaurants and attractions.

Cons:

Be aware that there is not close access by car. You do have to carry luggage through the palace and up stairs.

Pros:

The location was great. The breakfast here was amazing and so glad we included it. Room was cute and clean. Service was great.

Cons:

Parking was a disaster. There is no parking near the facility and is very difficult to find and is expensive. If you have a car to park might not be the best option.

Will not be coming back.

The location is good.

Cons:

The bedspread was dirty and stained, and unfortunately the mattresses on both the main bed and the sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable. The shower was only a handheld shower, which we found quite inconvenient. We also felt that the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the noise, which was excessive and made it very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

U samom centru grada

Cons:

Jako losa organizacija oko parkinga. Osoblje prezauzeto poslom pa nam nitko nije mogao pomoci oko aplikacije za parking. Lose oznake po gradu kako doci do hotela. Sobe se nalaze iznad kuhinje pa u sobama smrdi po friganju i ulju. Losa klimatizacija. Uopce ne odgovara slikama, hotel je u poprilicno losem stanju i dobro bi mu dosla obnova.

Immersed in old city
Pros:

Location was excellent, in old town, and right next to the marina, where all the land and sea based tours leave from.Staff was nice and responsive. Free breakfast offered plenty of options.

Cons:

We had two rooms; one was spacious and cool. The other was smaller and air conditioning did not work.

La posizione nel centro pedonale di Spalato è l'unica nota positiva di questo albergo. Dalla camera si vedeva il muro laterale del tempio di Giove.

Abbiamo pagato le camere molto più che in tutte le altre strutture del nostro viaggio, ma l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza del prezzo. Nella mia camera l’aria condizionata funzionava a malapena e la luce dello specchio del bagno era rotta. La camera dei miei figli, situata al primo piano, era disturbata dagli odori provenienti dalla cucina del ristorante che condivide gli spazi con l’hotel.
L’episodio più spiacevole riguarda però la pulizia: uno dei miei figli ha trovato un gomitolo di peli e capelli nell’asciugamano per il corpo. Ha chiesto che venisse sostituito, ma gli è stato portato un asciugamano piccolo da viso, non un nuovo telo da bagno.
Entrambe le camere erano inoltre molto piccole: si riusciva a malapena a girare intorno al letto.
Nel complesso, posizione sicuramente comoda, ma rapporto qualità-prezzo molto deludente e standard non adeguati alla tariffa richiesta.
