Best location, but no amenities
Pros:

Location is definitely wonderful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped secure parking outside of town and even sent someone to it to help us with our luggage and locate the hotel inside the palace walls.

Cons:

Rooms were fairly small, there was no mini bar, only one person working at the front desk, so no one could come up to fix our TV that wasn’t working!

L'emplacement de l'hotel dans la vieille ville était parfait donc bruyant.Le petit dejeuner était parfait et le personnel aussi.La chambre était confortable et bien décorée avec une baignoire balnéo dans la salle de bain.

Cons:

Malheureusement notre chambre était au dessus de la salle du restaurant et face à un escalier.Reveil à 7 heures avec la machine à café et les voyageurs non respectueux qui allaient prendre leurs dejeuners.
Mais ce qui nous a le plus énervés et je tiens à le souligner car c'est la premiere fois que cela nous arrive ,nous avons payé en plus de la taxe de séjour ,une taxe de 8 euros en prévision si nous cassions quelques choses et cela nous a pas été restituée, une premiere!

Das Hotel verlangte die Bezahlung einer Versicherung, welche in der Booking Reservierungsbestätigung nicht beinhaltet war.
Da diese Zusatzkosten gemäß der EU-Richtlinie nicht erlaubt sind, ist diese Causa bei Booking momentan in Klärung.

Über die Klimaanlage kam ein starker Küchengeruch, sodass man das Fenster öffnen musste.
Unter dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Restaurant, wo es in der Nacht bis ca. 02:30 h sehr laut herging.
Ab ca. 05:30 in Früh gab es dann wieder Lärm durch die Lieferanten, die das Restaurant belieferten.
Der nächtliche Schlaf war auf Grund des Lärmes unter dem Zimmer bis ca. 2: 30 h in der Nacht und ab 05:30 h in Früh sehr begrenzt.

The Centre of It All
Pros:

Receptionist was ultra friendly on check-in and the entire staff was friendly throughout the stay; if you want to be in centre of Split it comes with a bit of an adventure because online maps may not be able to fully point out where you should go so there will be a bit of luck in finding the most efficient route on 1st try; comfy bed; I certainly would not overpay for it, but based on price point on this occasion, I would stay there again

Cons:

The breakfast items that were supposed to be warm or preferably borderline hot were borderline cold on at least 2 mornings which sadly forced me to steer clear of that part of the breakfast room; the rest of the breakfast items that didn't need heat to enjoy were excellent; the shower head seemed to be faulty; generally speaking I don't like a step up or down out of bathroom, but this building is in an ancient part of the city - you just have to roll with some things; the room was bit cluttered for the space provided

Muy buena ubicación
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno, la ubicación, la atención, la vista desde la ventana que teníamos el templo de jupiter.
