Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit traumhaftem Ausblick, hervorragendem Essen und außergewöhnlich herzlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist wirklich top. Wir hatten eine Suite mit direktem Blick auf die Piste und das ganze Geschehen draußen – richtig schön.

Besonders in Erinnerung bleibt uns aber vor allem das Personal. Wirklich alle waren unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – vom Empfang über den Service bis hin zum Housekeeping und Valet-Service. Man merkt einfach, dass dort viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Besonders David von der Bar bzw. vom Poolservice war einfach klasse – super aufmerksam und immer gut gelaunt 😊 Auch das Team an der Rezeption und Parkier Service war wirklich toll.

Ein echtes Highlight ist außerdem der riesige Weinsafe im Hotel, der sogar ein Eintrag als Guinness Rekord hat. Das sieht man definitiv nicht überall.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Toilettensituation beim Pool auf der Dachterrasse (4. Etage). Wenn man vom Pool aus aufs WC möchte, wird man auf eine Toilette im 3. Stock verwiesen. Diese war bei unserem Aufenthalt allerdings komplett mit Pflanzen zugestellt und nicht nutzbar. Dadurch musste man in nasser Badekleidung durchs Hotel zurück ins eigene Zimmer. Es wäre schön, wenn diese Toilette wieder für Gäste freigeräumt werden könnte.

De ligging was perfect, buitenkomen, twee roltrappen nemen en je zit in de skilift. het zwembad met panoramaview een topper. Eten voortreffelijk, diner was sterrenniveau.

Cons:

Terrasstoelen op het balkon had ik zeker gebruikt, nu waren ze niet aanwezig. Deel van de skiruimte is een smalle gang. Br

Family trip to Ischgl - Fliana
Pros:

I have just returned back from a 5 night trip to one of our favourite Alpine resorts - Ischgl. We travelled with our 2 adult children and have the best day at the Hotel Fliana.
Hotel location is fantastic overlooking one of the main slopes back into the village. Two lift stations directly outside the hotel make this hotel super easy access onto the huge Ski range of Ischgl.
Food at the hotel is super - my favourite the Breakfast with lots of choice.
Fabulous staff in the dining area - big shout out to Dom who looked after our table !
This is our second visit to the Fliana - our last visit was in 2020 days before the resort shut before Covid.
It was so nice to come back and see all the new renovations, and updates. The hotel has made. The spa facilities at the Fliana are EXCELLENT!! They have a rooftop outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi.
An indoor pool and the sauna facilities are pristine and spacious with beautiful lounge areas to relax after your treatments.
Another big shout and thanks to David in the hotel bar… what a beautiful bar with great views of watching people down at the end of their day!

Perfekte Liftlage, hervorragendes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Lets do the Fliana again
Pros:

Frühstück top - von Saftpresse bis Omlettekoch, frischem Obst und Früchten, diversen Getränkenund sehr gutem Brot alles vorhanden. Sehr guter, nicht zu scharfer Frühstückskaffee, viele Sorten Tees und etliche Fruchtsäfte.

Cons:

Die Matratze im Zimmer was etwas duchgelegen, aber noch ok.
Im Superiorzimmer wären zwei Waschbecken wünschenswert.

Perfect Hotel for active holiday and relaxation connecting lovers of good food and wine

Excellent accomodation, food variety, SPA area (saunas, body treatment), two smimming pools, outdoor whirpool, fitness area, friendly staff. Many times awarded restaurant for food experience. Perfect location, just near between two gondollas stations. Show cooking dining. Professional wine and cheese sommelier experience. Impressive winesafe, mainly with Bordeaux wine collection.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, прямо у подъемников. Внимательный персонал. Отличный завтрак. У нас был включён ужин, отличная еда, приближённая к высокой кухне. Отличный спа центр, открытый бассейн с коктейлями. Мы были приятно удивлены.

Cons:

Единственно, что диссонировало - пост по приготовлению яиц на затраке. Скрембл был серого цвета и подавал его повар не красиво. Ну это если придираться.

A perfect hotel for Ischgl
Pros:

An absolute gem of a hotel. Family owned, really luxurious but without any hint of stuffiness or unnecessary formality. The facilities are excellent - a large spa, sauna and steam room area, but the real jewel is the roof top pool and hot tub, where you can relax following a hard day’s skiing with a beer and watch people brave the ski in! Food is deliciously, with a big selection on offer. Every member of staff we met was very friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. Great location close to two gondola. We will definitely be back!
