Mit Mängeln an der Rezeption behaftet
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich, die Zimmer komfortabel.

Cons:

Trotz mehreren Emails, Telefonaten und Kontakten via hauseigene Webseite sowie Bestätigungen hielt sich das Hotel nicht an Absprachen, gab das Chaos beim Check In zu, aber keinerlei Entschuldigung oder dergleichen. Das ist inakzeptabel!

Hab Behindertengerechtes Zimmer gebucht . Hatte ein mega kleines Zimmer kamen gerade so mit Rollstuhl rein Toiletten Gang und duschen war nicht möglich. Für 2 Tage viel zu teuer

Ok für einen Kurzaufenthalt!

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.
Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer haben wir nicht so sauber angetroffen wie wir uns das gewünscht hätten.
Die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals gegenüber den Gästen hätte besser sein können.

Que no había agua en la habitación y solo jabón para el cuerpo en el baño, me esperaba que tuviera champú, crema y cepillo de dientes, por el precio... Trabajo en hoteles y es común tener mínimo estos indispensables, el resto todo muy bien, solo estuve una noche
