Room was lovely, staff very helpful, breakfast very nice.
Hotel is very central.
We had a wonderful experience staying at Harington's. The hotel is away from the main hustle and bustle of Bath but still close enough to walk to most major attractions within minutes. The room was beautiful and quiet. The food was delicious and I especially enjoyed that we could enjoy a hot breakfast and help ourselves to the continental breakfast available as well. The service was superb. If we are ever in Bath again, we will be staying here again.
Great atmosphere, kind and attentive staff, top location.
Just a note that the ceiling in my room was quite low, around 2m high. I had no problem cause I am short, but a taller person may find this quite annoying.

Mooi, luxe en schoon hotel met heerlijk continentaal ontbijt.
Jong (waarschijnlijk Ingehuurd) personeel was ongeïnteresseerd. Oudere receptioniste daarentegen was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Inbegrepen ontbijt betreft continentaal ontbijt, dat heeft Booking niet vermeld. Voor een Engels ontbijt moest maar liefst £20 pp neergeteld worden.

Beds and pillows uncomfortable, our ceiling leaked in the middle of the night during rainstorm, and our taxi did not arrive timely in time to take us to the train station (booked by staff but of course they cannot control taxi service).

I would not stay here again.
I booked a Superior Queen Room through Booking.com which was advertised as a 30m² room with a bath. On arrival, the room provided was significantly smaller than advertised and did not contain a bath.
When I raised this with reception, I was offered another room which did not address the issues. I therefore requested a refund. That request was refused.
Instead, we were relocated to a separate townhouse away from the hotel. While the townhouse was larger, it was not the accommodation we had booked. We had specifically chosen and paid for a hotel room, not self-catering accommodation in a different building.
The replacement accommodation was also directly adjacent to scaffolding and building works, and we were disturbed by construction activity early the following morning.
What disappointed me most was not that a problem occurred, but how it was handled. Hotels sometimes make mistakes. However, when the room supplied does not match the room advertised, I would expect either the booked accommodation to be provided or a refund to be offered.
In our case neither happened.
If you book here, I would recommend checking very carefully that the room you are allocated matches the room description shown when booking.

Not providing the room booked
The staff was very nice and welcoming and helpful. Everything was pretty and in order. The hotel is very nice, breakfast was great. Great location too.
I had to be somewhat careful with the roof that tilted as our room was in the upper floor. A little hard with all the luggage going up the stairs

The room bed looked like someone had died in it to the point I booked another hotel and left without even touching the, what seemed like, dirty bedding.
