Ok, but overpriced
Pros:

Great location. Cute decor. Clean.

Cons:

Facilities - Rooms had no fridges, no hairdryers, no air conditioning. The renovation also looks better in the pictures than in person.
The beds were really hard and uncomfortable.

Very nice boutique hotel close to the centre. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Very central, a short walk to the centre of Bath. Furnishings were lovely.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was quite good.

Cons:

Rooms were very good but hot. No air con. No fridge which would of been nice.
The hotel bar closed too early in high season at 8pm.

Would definetly recommend this place in Bath
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, you can get to any attraction in the city center within few minutes. The rooms are very nice decorated and clean. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is tasty as well.

Cons:

Not really the hotel’s fault, but we were in Bath during the 2026 summer heatwave and the rooms did not have any kind of AC, just two fans which barely made any difference.

Bath affascinante e storica
Pros:

Posizione ideale in centro. Fascino d'altri tempi. Camera duplex molto originale. Colazione buona dolce e salata. Personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Letto con materasso completamente sfondato da sostituire da tempo. Non si riusciva a dormire in due perchè si cadeva nel centro. Mal di schiena ogni mattina. Pulizia approssimativa. Camera molto disturbata dal rumore esterno

A lovely place to stay. Kind, welcoming staff. Staff that let us do our thing without being over bearing. Great location
Pros:

Pretty

Cons:

It was hot but that wasn’t their fault they tried hard to accommodate us as best they could. They provided us with a fan and I will not be negative about the heat as that is not in anyone’s hands!

Charming & Quirky
Pros:

I recently stayed at The Harrington and found it to be a wonderfully quirky, charming, and fun hotel with a lot of character. The staff were excellent, warm, friendly, and genuinely lovely throughout our stay. The breakfast was fabulous, and the hotel’s central location made exploring the area incredibly easy. I stayed in Room 4 (or possibly Room 8), a triple room with two separate sleeping areas. The room overlooked a busy street, and although the hotel has double windows installed to help dampen noise, and earplugs, the room became very hot when the windows were closed because there is no air conditioning. The fans provided helped cool the room and also offered helpful white noise. The biggest challenge was internal noise. The single bed room’s door opens directly onto the hallway (and the single bed runs along this wall) and every time someone used the stairs or closed a door, the room shook and the noise carried straight in. Parking is also about half a mile away, so it’s best to drop off your luggage first. The cobblestone streets are beautiful, but they’re tough on suitcase wheels. Despite these quirks, I’m still giving five stars because it has so much personality, the staff were truly wonderful, and the hotel has clearly tried to anticipate noise issues with the double windows, earplugs and fans. If you appreciate unique, character-filled places, great service, fabulous location and delicious food, then this hotel is for you. Of note, the hotel info states it is on a quiet street which it is not. However, it is right off “Quiet Street” LOL

Pros:

Nice place in the centre of bath, clean and tidy room, very reasonable price for peak season

Cons:

Small room at the top of the building; air conditioning needed to be on all night to keep the temperature at a bearable level.

Beautiful breakfast. Perfect venue. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Beautiful breakfast

Cons:

The first time we used the shower there was a fault. It was too hot to shower. This was resolved by staff as a temporary fix.

Lovely weekend
Pros:

Lovely, quaint hotel in the centre of Bath. Spotlessly clean and very friendly, professional staff. As expected being in a city centre, it was noisy at times but the hotel leaves earplugs in every room, along with a powerful fan to cool the room.
The homemade cookies on arrival was also a welcoming touch…we’d definitely stay here again…perfect!
