Our stay was very good, the staff was super nice and friendly and they treated my dog like a queen
Pros:

Location, staff, decor, the bar area, breakfast, cleanliness of the room, size and furniture, and the home is very pet friendly

Cons:

No air-con in the room. Breakfast buffet very small and had to pay extra fee for full English breakfast when I think it should have been included given how much we paid!!

Bloedheet en teleurstellend
Pros:

Locatie zeer centraal, vriendelijk personeel en schoon.

Cons:

Delightful stay in a very friendly hotel.
Pros:

Lovely quirky hotel with fantastic customer service.

Cons:

Our room was at the top of several flights of stairs, and it was a little bit cramped - but very stylish and quaint.

It was great in every way except for difficulty with stairs.
Pros:

Lovely and cosy very well decorated.

Cons:

I have mobility problems. Due to it being a listed building no grab rails or bannisters inside and two deep steps to enter.
Toilets downstairs were a spiral staircase, impossible for me.
SO WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS.

Location, decoration and staff.

Cons:

No AC, only provides shower towels but the the shower is separate from the toilet and there's no towels or anyway of drying your hands...

Clean room but a little noisy at night
Pros:

Clean room fine for a night

Cons:

The room was very small for two people, the windows were single glazed so since the pub opposite was busy it did create a lot of noise while we were trying to sleep (they provided earplugs but they don’t stay in the ear very well!)

Perfectly located boutique hotel!
Pros:

Great location in central Bath! Comfortable and playfully decorated room. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. We'd gladly stay again!

Cons:

We had requested two twin beds at the time of booking. Unfortunately, the option was not available at check-in.

Friendly, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Comfortable, good sized room with excellent bathroom. Nice touches like bathrobes and water carafe. Friendly, helpful staff. Amazing breakfast with good vegan options. Really convenient location for all main attractions and easy walk from station.
Would definitely use again.

Cons:

Not an issue for us but be aware that stairs to rooms are narrow and winding.
The pub opposite ( The Raven) is very popular and people sit outside, so you might hear some happy chatter. They did us a very good vegan supper!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, and the hot bathtub was a very nice touch for relaxing.
