The room was an average size and was very clean which was good, however the TV never worked.
The reception and day time staff were very dismissive and very unwilling to help as I became immobile due to an accident whilst visiting your country. Having to repeatedly request any form of assistance as a female solo traveler was absolutely difficult to say the least! At one point I was literally pleading for someone to just help me. I got a doctor (had to resort to an online consultation) to get medical assistance. Calling front desk numerous times and then when I do speak to someone I am told I will be given some assistance in a few minutes and then waiting hours later not acceptable! In order for me to receive assistance my sister from Barbados had to contact the hotel! BARBADOS!!!! that in itself should sum it up! having this experience made me realize how persons can end up dead in their hotel rooms. (not to be morbid but just saying). On return to my home please note my foot was fractured (so that should sum up my pain level and why I was requesting help) I would say your night time manager (I believe his name is Faye) has impeccable manners, is very pleasant and approachable and should train all your day time staff in customer service, manners and hospitality.

onestamente ho selezionato l'hotel filtrando per quelli che dichiarano la presenza di colonnina per la ricarica delle macchine elettriche. arrivo in struttura e lo staff serenamente mi dice che la colonnina c'è ma non ha mai funzionato.. quindi selezione inutile direi che un servizio che non ha mai funzionato non è un servizio da lasciare promosso
Doubletree presents well as a hotel. It is well managed with pleasant staff who do their job professionally and well.
Although it is a distance from Malpensa Airport, the shuttle service runs all day and proves invaluable for access back into Milano as well as to flights.

Specifically chosen this hotel due to EV charging possibilities and it turns out the chargers have not been working for months (according to the staff).
It took a long time to check in.

Colazione dolce non 4 stelle. Da 2. Inoltre, un 4 stelle non deve tenere il frigobar completamente vuoto. È scritto nelle regole dell'hotelerie. Per essere un Hotel della catena Hilton è deludente. Personale di servizio nellasala colazione non pervenuto.
