It was convenient and clean.
Pros:

The location was great. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

The breakfast choices were quite limited. We booked several rooms for a family wedding and were charged retrospectively for parking one car. As no-one asked us to pay as we left we thought it was given as a gratuity.

Perfect hotel for a quick trip to the Putney area.
Pros:

Everything exceeded my expectations, I found the entry key system easy to use and the staff member at reception was welcoming and helpful. Comfy bed, good shower.
Breakfast was a delight - reminiscent of a typical German family run hotel.
I'll certainly stay there again.

Cons:

Wi-Fi could have been better - it worked fine in the evening, but I was unable to use my computer for a while in the morning. Other that that - no complaints at all!

Enjoyed my stay, met my requirements adequately!
Pros:

Staff very helpful with luggage storage and early exit with bicycle.

Cons:

Check in connectivity initially difficult as e-mail check in not received - had to buzz hotel to get in as desk not manned at that moment!

Hotel coqueto en barrio tranquilo, con acceso a varios servicios y posibilidades de transporte
Pros:

Aunque está un poco alejado del centro de Londres, se ubica en un barrio tranquilo, con acceso al Tube a unas cuadras y varias líneas de bus. Tiene diferentes comercios súper cerca (para comer, farmacias, shopping). El desayuno es variado, la habitación es cómoda, el agua funciona bien y tiene aire acondicionado (clave).

Cons:

Puede ser ruidoso si se dejan las ventanas abiertas, se ubica bajo la ruta aérea así que hay aviones pasando todo el tiempo. Se soluciona cerrando la ventana y prendiendo el aire.

Fed up - an analogue man in a digital disappointment

Clean stylishly minimal

Cons:

AI instead of human touch
Deeply disappointed single bed and single duvet particularly annoyed by smart AI telling me it’s what I ordered
Then after an hour it came back with more passive aggression
Well done to MK and booking.com for defaulting to 2 adults and charging me for another when I always travel alone
As the AI would no doubt tell me tough it’s what you asked for

Sehr gutes City-Hotel. Etwas ab vom Trubel, aber sehr gut aus der Innenstadt erreichbar. Sehr nette Lage, die Themse direkt in der Nähe. Gerne wieder.
