Uitstekende locatie, ruim en schoon. Rustig. Fijne bedden
The hotel is perfectly located, just few minutes from the hearth of the old city. Check-in was very UNcomplicated with a code - I liked it. The room was very white - everything was white - floor, celling, walls, furniture, bathroom - makes it very bright. There was a pool too, but we didn't have time to give it a try. WiFi was very strong. You can park your car at Q-Park Stadspark 2 for 14 euro per day.
Can't think of anything negative. Maybe that our room was on the second floor with a bit complicated stairs, but it was OK.

Prijsverhoging terwijl ik al geboekt had. Opeens van te voren afrekenen. Anders wordt er geannuleerd.
Schoonmakers geen woord nederlands geven handdoeken en laten de boel de boel.
Veel drempels mijn moeders heeft er een blauwe plek aan over gehouden.
Tolle Lage mit gehobener Ausstattung .
Geen ontbijt, maar vonden wij prima leuke eethuisjes of restaurantjes voor te ontbijten.
Trappen en even waarschuwen voor boven dat er een ongelijkheid op de vloer is even waarschuwen of beter aangeven. Hebben wij doorgegeven als aandachtspunt
Locatie is prima - in ons geval uitzicht op de Maas, dus lekker. Voor standaard booking mooie studio gekregen. Flexibel aan de receptie, fijne mensen.
Minimale tegenvaller - afstandsbediening deed het slecht en dus TV niet echt gebruikt (Tour / WK). Maar weg van huis is dat ook niet het beangrijkste.
