Varietà di trattamenti per la persona.

Cons:

Mancanza di un tendaggio pesante per non far filtrare la luce solare di primo mattino;
Difficoltà di ingresso alla struttura dal momento che, se il cancello è chiuso, bisogna telefonare alla reception oppure fermare la macchina per strada e scendere a suonare il citofono;
"Incomprensioni" fra il gestionale dei servizi per la persona e quello generale: mia moglie aveva prenotato e poi cambiato tipologia di trattamenti e, al momento del pagamento, ci siamo visti addebitare (erroneamente, beninteso) anche quelli non usufruiti. Parlando con la reception, è stata stornata la transazione e poi rimodulata correttamente, senza alcun problema.

Buon soggiorno
Pros:

Bellissimo palazzo, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro. Aree comuni spaziose e ben tenute. La camera scelta aveva un bel terrazzo, anche se rivolto sulla strada e poco separato da quello delle altre stanze.

Cons:

Penso che l’hotel non fosse pienamente adeguato alla categoria 4 stelle e al prezzo pagato. La camera aveva un bagno molto piccolo e mancava una dotazione minima di accessori: non c’erano ciabattine, crema per il corpo né shampoo, ma soltanto un detergente unico per tutto. Capisco l’attenzione all’ambiente e l’ispirazione ecologica della struttura, ma credo che questo non possa giustificare alcune mancanze nei servizi di base.
La colazione era buona, anche se mi ha un po’ sorpreso che le bevande non venissero servite al tavolo e che fosse necessario prepararsi il caffè autonomamente con la macchina.
Scrivo questo commento senza alcun intento polemico, ma con spirito costruttivo, perché nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Proprio per questo credo che alcuni piccoli miglioramenti potrebbero rendere ottima l’esperienza.

Pros:

Parfait pour le petit déjeuner.
À proximité du centre ville . Un peu éloignés de la gare. À proximité des lieux touristiques.

Cons:

Fonds sonore désagréable à la piscine tous publics...et aménagements structures bains vieillissant et pas très bien entretenu...les buses ne fonctionnent pas très bien...traces vaseuses à plusieurs endroits+ feuilles....

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt , haben uns gut erholt u werden wieder kommen

Das Hotel im Jugendstil mit schön renovierten Zimmern atmet Geschichte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Abendessen mit mehreren Gängen im eleganten Salon war ein Gedicht. Zum Frühstück gab es neben regionalen Käse u Schinken sehr viel frisches Obst und Nüsse und sehr gutes Brot. Unser Hund war auch willkommen. Der Wellnessbereich mit den Pools ist sehr groß und schön .Das Hotel liegt eingebettet in den euganeischen Hügeln. Historische Orte wie Arqa Petrarca , Este und Monselice sind schnell erreichbar. Schöne Rad und Wanderwege laden nach dem Schwimmen zum Radfahren oder Wandern ein.

The bathroom is rather small: this is understandable because in most hotels the space is limited, however it got flooded very easily. The bed is too hard.
