Atendimento e localização excelentes. A estadia foi num período de altas temperaturas, quarto muito quente, sem ar condicionado, foi difícil, só havia um ventilador. No dia seguinte nos arrumaram mais dois
ventiladores e ficou um pouco melhor.

Cons:

Não tem ar condicionado, no verão foi difícil dormir.

Schönes Altstadthotel. Im Sommer mangels Klimaanlage ungeeignet.
Cons:

Bei einer Außentemperatur von 37 Grad war die Temperatur im Zimmer kaum niedriger. Es fehlt an einer Klimaanlage. Die 2 Nächte waren praktisch schlaflos.

Lovely stay in Bern
Pros:

Hotel was very convenient for central Bern and well positioned for tram route. Lady on reception was delightful and very helpful, particularly sorting out the visitor passes for free transport for our group.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Rooms were very quiet and superb location for exploring the old city.

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room, plus no air conditioning (although not unusual, or unexpected for Bern, but with very hot weather it was quite hot in the rooms). On the positive they did provide a fan.
