Terrible, fraudulent - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Cons:

Fraudulent people who booked our booking at last minute stating the air-conditioning is not working. When we reached to Property, everything was working perfectly, but the booking was cancelled due to over booking shit they have taken which was longer and was paying more nightly rate. We were on the street with no accommodation. We spend a lot of time finding last-minute accommodation but we couldn’t and had to travel to somewhere else to stay overnight. These guys have ruined our holiday. Avoid them at any cost.

Très déçus, nous avons payé une prestation que nous n'avons pas eue...
Cons:

Nous avons payé pour avoir un hotel avec petit dejeuner.
Nous avons eu une chambre non entretenue pendant 3 jours, pas de petit dejeuner disponible, pas de personnel visible. La propreté était discutable (poussière sur la tete de lit et sous le lit).
Hotel qui semblait presque abandonné...

Genoten van de prachtige stad in een prima hotel

De locatie midden in het centrum. Vanwege verbouwingswerkzaamheden zijn wij omgeboekt naar de suites. Mooie ruime kamer met alle nodige voorzien8ngen

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Enige is dat de straat ‘s nachts wel rumoerig is waardoor je de ramen eigenlijk niet open kunt hebben. Eigenlijk geen personeel gezien. Alles gaat digitaal. Mogelijkheid tot vragen stellen is alleen digitaal. Kan voor minder digitalen best lastig zijn.

Excellent communicators via SMS and Email. Perfect location. Very clean.

Cons:

A mini fridge would be very helpful, kettle and tea/coffee making facilities though we are close to cafe’s. Would be great to eat cereal and have a cup of tea in the morning really early. Is there access to a laundry and note willing to pay extra for the use of a washing machine.

Het hotel is midden in het centrum, alles op loopafstand

Cons:

Sinds de naamswijziging is er geen personeel meer aanwezig in het hotel en verloopt alles via online inchecken. Contact gaat uitsluitend via de booking app, wat onhandig is als je snel een vraag hebt. De kamer was bij aankomst niet schoon (zand op de vloer en haren in het bed). Tijdens het verblijf wordt er niet schoongemaakt en worden er geen nieuwe handdoeken of toiletpapier verstrekt; dit moesten we zelf kopen, zonder dat dit vooraf duidelijk was gecommuniceerd. De locatie is goed, maar de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is het zeker niet waard.
