Per poter effettuare il checkin ( effettuabile soltanto on-line) siamo stati costretti a pagare una cifra aggiuntiva a scopo cauzionale
Spazio ristretto, con il bagno ricavato all'interno della stessa stanza. L'assenza totale di personale di servizio, ad esclusione del personale delle pulizie. al nostro ingresso in struttura, ho segnalato il guasto del televiore e del termosifone in stanza ma non è stato mandato nessuno a risolvere i problemi.
inoltre a metà del soggiorno sono state sostituite le salviette, ma nessuno ha avvisato che del personale di servizio sarebbe entrato in stanza.
The location is great and close to the Markt place. They responded quickly when we messaged and we were able to leave our luggage prior to checking in.
The room/ bathroom is incredibly small, the door to the bathroom is glass and has a hole so there is no privacy and the sink is not inside. The room was very dark as there was a light on the wall missing, leaving wires exposed. There was not spoons for the hot drink making facilities. There was water coming from the balcony as there was a storm.

Perfect location for the heart of Bruges. We definitely were lucky to get a view of the tower.
The Keyless entry system was great, we just had one occasion where the keypad to enter the building was unresponsive. But we just waited a minute or two and tried again, and it worked fine.

I had a great stay! The room was clean and well-maintained, and the host was very helpful and responsive. The location is excellent, right in the city center, and the neighborhood felt safe. Overall, a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend it!
It can get a little noisy on weekend nights due to nearby parties, but it was totally manageable
The hotel was okay and the room was clean, but we had a few issues. Our room was at the end of the building, and we could hear water dripping inside the wall throughout the night, possibly from a drainpipe. There was also a bar nearby where people were making noise all night, so we didn’t get much sleep.
We didn’t find the hotel very accommodating either. There’s no reception desk, and access is via an electronic code, which stopped working immediately after check-out. We asked if we could come back in to sit in the lobby and rest for a while, or at least use the toilets, but were refused and told that other guests had already checked in.
Overall, despite the clean room, it wasn’t a particularly pleasant stay, and we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Il n'y a pas de porte entre la partie salle de bain et la chambre. Il n'y a pas de porte aux toilettes.
La porte de la douche ouvre vers l'intérieur de la douche : quelqu'un de plus gros ne pourrait pas se glisser dans la douche

Excellent emplacement de l'hôtel. Chambre conforme à la description. Cafetière et bouilloire à disposition. Accès simple à l'hôtel et à la chambre par digicode.
Des travaux dans l'immeuble à 8h30, le lundi matin... Absence de personnel dans l'hôtel.

Location. Good mattress.
Hard Pillows. There is not a place to put anything: clothes or daily use things. not a place to hang the wet towels. The suitcases must go to the floor from there to take things out. Quite difficult because the sink takes up a lot of space. There is not even a teaspoon to stir the coffee. Little things to improve.
