Khách sạn tuy ko còn mới nhưng phòng rất sạch sẽ và gọn gàng, xung quanh đi lại trung tâm phố cổ. Lễ tân thấy luôn cười thân thiện. Sẽ còn quay lại 👌
Tôi vừa có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại Lucky 2. Phòng ở sạch sẽ, tiện nghi và đặc biệt là thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên cực kỳ chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện. Vị trí rất thuận tiện để di chuyển, du lịch ở những địa điểm nổi tiếng như Hồ Gươm. Chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại đây trong chuyến đi tới. Cảm ơn đội ngũ Lucky 2 vì một trải nghiệm đáng nhớ!
Khách sạn rất trung tâm đi bộ ra hồ gươm 5 phút và rất tiện các món ăn sáng và món ăn vặt . Cạnh khách sạn có món xôi rất rẻ và ngon . Tôi sẽ quay lại ks khi có chuyến đi công tác gần nhất . Cảm ơn ks Lucky2 đã cho mình chuyến đi công tác thật thoải mái .

The staff was so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The hotel is so center located, you can walk to any destinations within 5 minutes. Highly reccomend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Hanoi. I will definitely with my family.

Mình đến nhận phòng trễ nhưng nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhanh chóng. Gần hồ Gươm, xung quanh nhiều điểm ẩm thực đáng trải nghiệm. Phòng ốc nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Mình sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè đi công tác ra HN

Vincent, notre hôte, nous a réservé un chaleureux accueil malgré l'annulation malencontreuse de notre réservation et nous a conseillé d'excellentes adresses pour organiser notre séjour !

Location is good, all staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and all the power plugs international.Breakfast was OK
Our TV upon arrival had several English and other languages channels but soon after none of the channels worked and couldn’t be fixed.
I booked a hotel and arrived in Hanoi at 10pm. While I was on the plane, the hotel messaged to say there was a technical problem with the room and that I needed to cancel, but I only received this after landing. Since the booking was marked non-refundable, I didn’t cancel and removed my card details instead. Shortly after, I got a notification saying my booking was cancelled because my card was “invalid” and they couldn’t charge me.
This left me having to find accommodation late at night. I reached the Old Quarter around 11pm and struggled to find availability, as most hotels were fully booked. I eventually found a place at 12:30am.
Very disappointed with how this was handled.
