Note on housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned daily, including towels changed. Room linen is changed after 3 nights. If you require anything in addition to this, please let us know, and we will be happy to help.

To enhance our guest experience and add breakfast offerings at the property, we are extending our public areas from Monday, 29 June. Works will take place Monday to Saturday between 07:30 and 18:00, and any noisy works will be limited to 09:00 - 17:00; no noisy works will take place on Sundays.

Cons:

Quarto MUITO pequeno. Minha viagem foi em casal e não havia espaço para abrir as 2 malas (pequenas, de bordo) no chão. Precisávamos revezar.
Também não havia tomadas no quarto. Apenas entrada direta para cabo de carregador (que no caso, não era adequada para o meu cabo), tive que acoplar o secador na tomada atrás da televisão, que não era nada prático

Great location but very small room.
Pros:

The location was amazing, the room was clean and the staff were all so polite and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was significantly smaller than I expected which wasn’t a big problem but there wasn’t alot of space for two people to get dressed. The two main issues were the bathroom due to how small it was for using the facilities and the towels only got changed out every 3 days. We were only provided with one towel each which wasn’t practical, over all I would consider staying again. I would say for the price we paid more than expected due to the size of the room and the fact that towels and bins weren’t changed during our stay.

Excellent location, very convenient.
Hotel has luggage storage available, as well as tea, coffee and fresh water, plus some.
Room is really clean with everything you need.
There is a lift and stairs.

Cons:

Didn't realise how small the room was, challenging to navigate with two big suitcases. Would just keep that in mind.

Close to transport links, good place if you're spending most of your time outside of the hotel room
Pros:

Very close to subway, bus stops, a supermarket is just across the street, and there is a street just up the road full of food places and a market most days. Staff very friendly and helpful and offer luggage storage (for a cost). Bed comfy and no hill/dip in the middle. Air con kept the room cool (I was staying over summer).

Cons:

I know it's London but the room is tight and bathroom tighter. No kettle which was very annoying (seemed to be a way to charge guests for hot drinks in the lobby, but meant I couldn't grab cheap 'add-hot-water' meals on my stay). Space under the bed not cleaned which I found out when I removed my suitcase from under there. Is on an intersection so noisy. Air con wasn't turned on at the machine itself so if the air con isn't working check that. Elevator does not go to the sixth floor.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, except the size of the room which came as a surprise to me. Very clean, wonderful staff ( friendly and supportive) but small room, just enough for the bed.
