Super hôtel bien situé et personnel très agréable mais petit manquement sur l'hygiène dans la douche

Bel hôtel situé à côté du centre commercial. L'hôtel était propre et sentait très bon. Les échanges avec l'hôtel via booking étaient rapides et fluides et mes demandes ont toutes été acceptées. J'ai réservé 3 chambres et demandé à ce qu'elles soient toutes côte à côte et c'était le cas, de plus j'ai demandé une navette pour nous récupérer à la gare de train et le chauffeur était à l'heure avec une pancarte. Le véhicule était grand et propre. Coup de coeur pour le buffet petit déjeuner qui était très grand avec beaucoup de choix, du sucré au salé, du continental à l'indonésien. Il y en avait pour tout le monde et pour tous les goûts. J'ai égelament beaucoup apprécié leur kids area, cela me donnait envie d'y jouer aussi. Mon enfant de 2 ans a beaucoup apprécié y passer du temps et les dames étaient très attentionnées.

Cons:

La salle de bain comportait de la moisissure, notamment au-dessus de la baie vitrée de la douche, et celle-ci ne se fermait pas jusqu'au bout mais peut-être que c'était fait exprès. De plus la porte de notre salle de bain ne se fermait pas très bien. Par ailleurs, nous avions voulu bénéficier du room service mais le téléphone en chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû descendre au restaurant pour passer commande et signaler le problème du téléphone. Le lendemain soir nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel, tout était très bon mais le service un peu long, les plats n'étaient pas servis en même temps et les assiettes ont été débarrassés uniquement à la fin une fois que nous sommes partis et pas avant d'avoir servis le dessert.

Maybe give massage to every room to be quiet after 10pm

All staffs are super friendly, good food and super clean

Cons:

I stayed for a long weekend, so many kids running round in the corridors during days and nights, other neighbors so noisy ‘feels like ibu ibu arisan in the room’ the sounds gone through
