Bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad war es grenzwertig warm. Aber ist das nicht normal? Das Dachfenster lies sich eine Nacht nicht öffnen. Regensensor?

Es war eine positive Erfahrung.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

No air conditioning on a hot evening. We spent some time trying to work out the air conditioning temperature control on the wall in the bathroom which appeared to be on but was not functional. The very polite and friendly woman on reception told us thr next morning that there was no air conditionning in the rooms.

Schönes, individuelle gestaltetes Hotel
Pros:

tolle Idee eine alte Lokomotivhalle zum Hotel umzubauen ! Schönes Studio mit einer Wand vom Schlafbereich abgetrennt! Der TV ist in dieser Wand und kann gedreht werden, sodass man vom Bett oder vom Sitzbereich gucken kann ! Es gibt sogar eine Geschirrspülmaschine,
obwohl es Frühstücksbüffet gibt ! Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einem Wohnviertel, ca. 10 minuten Fußweg zur Innenstadt mit Dom etc.! Das Personal vom Hotel war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbüffet könnte etwas mehr Auswahl für Vegetarier haben ! Es gab nur
2 Käsesorten ! Das Rührei war zu flüssig und wohl aus Pulver hergestellt , als Obst fürs Müsli
gab es nur Melone , auch da wäre etwas mehr Auswahl schön ! Es gab keine Kaffeeauswahl( Cappuccino/Espresso/Latte )
sondern nur Filterkaffee aus der Thermoskanne !

Für einen Kurzauftenhalt in Lund jederzeit gerne wieder
Pros:

Kunst im Hotel & die durchgängige Designlinie mit den Zugschienen war sehr stimmig, der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön. Beim Frühstücksbuffet war allen vorhanden, was man zum Frühstück benötigt.
Das Zimmer ist von der Größe her sehr angenehm, auch dass die Zimmer mit einer Küchezeile ausgestattet sind, ein Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vorhanden ist.

Cons:

Im Hotel wurde ich gefragt, was ich anders machen würde, wenn ich das Hotel führen würde.
Nun, ich würde ich zu allererst die Bettengröße ändern oder zumindest in Haken investieren, die die Betten zusammenhalten. Jedes einzelne Bett ist sehr schmal und wenn die Betten sich dann auseinanderschieben, dann ist es ungemütlich. Mit einfachen Haken, die man auf der Unterseite der Betten anbringt wird zumindest das Auseinanderschieben der Betten verhindert und es wird sicherer gemütlicher.
Und dann würde ich wahrscheinlich in die Kundenorientierung der Mitarbeiter investieren. Zumindestens sollten diese den Gästen Informationen über Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung Gegend geben können und nicht nur auf das Internet verweisen.
Für zwei Nächte in Lund o.k. und würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ligging hotel prima, rest viel wat tegen
Pros:

Het gebouw (oude locomotieven loods) is prachtig. De kamer is ruim met een eettafel, zithoek, apart slaapgedeelte en ruime badkamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt met prima koffie. Het hotel lag perfect ten opzichte van het centrum van Lund, een kleine 10 minuten lopen. Er is ook een supermarkt op loopafstand.

Cons:

Onbemande receptie bij aankomst. Onze kamer was echt bloedheet (centrale hotelverwarming). Een klein raam bracht daarin geen verandering, een kleine ventilator hielp 's-nachts een beetje. De zonnewering was bij slaapgedeelte deels defect en er lag viezigheid onder het bed (dat zag ik omdat ik iets liet vallen); beiden verwacht je niet in een toch prijzige kamer. De auto moesten we 600 meter verderop betaald parkeren (de parkeerplaats werd verbouwd), dus een flink stuk sjouwen met bagage. Voor het ontbijt moet je een dag van te voren online een plek reserveren en je krijgt dan een blok van drie kwartier. Buiten is een terras maar dat is begin juni niet in gebruik. Een hippe tent in een prachtig gebouw, maar verder weinig comfort of persoonlijke touch.

Hotel was prima maar locatie en de sfeer doet nogal koud aan.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker. Ook de kamer en vooral badkamer waren luxe en goed schoon

Cons:

De TV had maar beperkte zender en met name Zweeds. Dus niet op toeristen afgesteld helaas. Verder was bedbank niet meer goed en je kon er niet op zitten eigenlijk. Dat is jammer. Verder maakte afzuiging/Mechanische ventilatie best veel lawaai en waren de lampen te fel waardoor je idd een wat koude sfeer krijgt. De wastafelbak kon je niet gebruiken zonder de stop er helemaal uit te halen. Tot slot was de omgeving 1 grote bouwplaats. Stond niet op fotos vermeld. En moest je voor parkeren stuk lopen tegen EUR 19 per nacht. Wij konden op zondag niet eten omdat restaurant dicht was.
