Boende i fin miljö med mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal 5 min från centrala Lund.
Cons:

Frukosten hade inte tillräckligt bra innehåll tex kändes croissanterna inte nybakade och müslin var inte god.

Pros:

Das Appartement ist riesig, super ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer alten Lokhalle. Das Frühstück ist sensationell. Die Lage ist super für einen Spaziergang in die Stadt. Parkplätze an der Strasse muss man sich leider suchen, die Vorfahrt zum ausladen ist aber möglich.

Cons:

Leider kann man nur ein kleines Fenster öffnen.

Schönes Hotel, schwierige Belüftungssituation
Pros:

Sehr sauberere, moderne Zimmer und schönes Bad. Betten sind sehr bequem.
Leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit zu lüften, das Fenster ist so klein, dass ein Luftaustausch nicht funktioniert hat. Daher sehr stickig und warm im Zimmer, obwohl es draußen nachts abgekühlt hatte. Keine Möglichkeit direkt am Hotel das Gepäck aufzuladen.

Nice location, good sized rooms, but ...
Pros:

The location is good with or without car and felt safe. Breakfast was quite nice and varied (just not the eggs and bacon), everything else was quite yummy. The staff serving breakfast was quite nice as well. Our room was spacious and reasonably well equipped with everything you need for longer stay. The shower was great.

Cons:

Some of the rooms are located below ground level, and unfortunately we were given one of those. To make matters worse, the construction work around the hotel meant that although our room had a window, the lower half faced a wall and the upper half was blocked by scaffolding. This probably wouldn't have bothered me for a one-night stay, but we stayed for four nights, and after a while it felt very claustrophobic. We also didn't feel comfortable opening the window at night because there was a scaffolding walkway directly outside. We didn't ask reception to change our room after the first night because we had already unpacked and couldn't face moving all our belongings.

Parking is currently another issue. The hotel doesn't have on-site parking; instead, they have five spaces in a public garage about a five-minute walk away, which must be reserved well in advance and paid for separately. That in itself is manageable, but loading and unloading luggage is a problem. The temporary hotel entrance is in a no-driving zone, so there is nowhere to stop legally. When we asked the receptionist, the response was essentially, "You can unload, but you might get a fine." There was no attempt to offer a solution.

Given that the construction appears likely to continue for some time, I think the hotel should arrange a temporary 15-minute loading zone or some other practical solution. As things stand, guests are left to choose between carrying luggage a considerable distance or risking a parking fine.

Fint og rolig hotell, stort rom og bra beliggenhet.
Pros:

Pent og rent i en sjarmerende bygning. En kort spasertur til restauranter og bykjernen.

Cons:

Parkeringen var et lite stykke å gå, men det var egentlig ikke et problem i fint vær.

Ingen air condition på rummen. Mycket varm i rummet två fläktar som lät alldeles efter mycket. Gick bara att öppna ett litet fönster och inga bra mörkläggande gardiner.

Det är en snyggt hotel som ligger relativt bra till i Lund. Sviterna är stora och sängen bekväm.

Cons:

Alldeles för varmt på rummet. Det går inte att vädra (bara takfönster) och ingen AC. Det finns en fläkt men det hjälper inte.

Die Lage, die Größe der Zimmer, es war auch sehr sauber.

Cons:

Der reservierte Parkplatz war in einer Parkgarage die doch einige Gehminuten entfernt lag.
