Per turisti: fascino ma gestito senza qualità e attenzione all’ospite.
Pros:

Location affascinante, ricca di storia, ben tenuta e con spazi ampi e curati. Si ha però l’impressione che la struttura sia gestita principalmente nell’ottica di ospitare matrimoni ed eventi, più che di offrire un servizio realmente attento al singolo cliente. Nel complesso, comunque, tutto è pulito e ben mantenuto.

Cons:

La colazione è stata decisamente deludente. Nonostante gli ampi spazi a disposizione, all’esterno c’erano soltanto quattro tavoli sotto un gazebo completamente aperto sui lati e quindi esposti in pieno sole: in estate era praticamente impossibile rimanervi anche solo per pochi minuti. All’interno, invece, la colazione viene servita in una sala lunga e stretta, con l’aria condizionata eccessivamente fredda. Anche la qualità e la scelta della colazione sono risultate piuttosto modeste e decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Il personale è gentile, ma poco attento alle esigenze del cliente e dà l’impressione di non essere adeguatamente formato.
Il bagno della camera grande, ma senza possibilità di appoggiare nemmeno un asciugamano e un lavandino misero dove non si può appoggiare nulla, arredamento dozzinale. In camera appena arrivati, abbiamo trovato tutte le lampade con le prese staccate.

Pros:

Położony na zupełnym odludziu, co może mieć też swoje plusy. Sam obiekt to pięknie odrestaurowany pałac wraz z ogrodami rozciągającymi się na dużej przestrzeni. Pokoje dla gości są zarówno w samym pałacu jak i w budynku obok (lofty). Lofty są dwukondygnacyjne z sypialnią i łazienką na górze, skromnie wyposażone. Przed pokojem mały taras ze stołem i krzesłami. Na terenie obiektu ładny basen.
Śniadanie jak na Włochy całkiem niezłe, niezbyt dobra kawa z dzbanka ale można poprosić obsługę o prawdziwe cappuccino

Uns hat man nicht informiert, dass eine sehr laute Hochzeit stattfindet!!! Man hätte uns ein ruhigeres Zimmer anbieten können!!

Raňajky stále tie isté, špina v celom hoteli, izba špinavá pod posteľou veľká vrstva prachu a odpadky, dali nám izbu nad kuchyňou takže všetky smrady a výpary išli k nám do izby aj s nonstop hukotom s odsávania a klímy. Pri bazéne žiadna obsluha

La struttura nel suo complesso è molto bella, personale gentile ed accogliente

Cons:

Le camere hanno uno stile piuttosto economico e datato, quasi anni ’70, e a mio avviso non sono all’altezza del livello generale della struttura. Abbiamo soggiornato in due e la camera Loft ci è sembrata davvero molto piccola. Inoltre, manca un’adeguata illuminazione esterna di accoglienza davanti alle stanze: la sera ho dovuto utilizzare la torcia del cellulare persino per riuscire a leggere il numero della camera.
