El horario de la piscina me parece breve. Por lo demás súper bien.
Authentiek historisch gebouw met zeer grote kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Via de historische tuinen van Villa Borghese loop je naar de Spaanse trappen met een schitterend uitzicht over het oude Rome. De tuin met het grote zwembad is een aangename plek om te verblijven na een drukke dag Rome.
Iets wat verouderd, maar gelukkig wel op een goede charmante manier en past bij de ambiance. Mooie rustige buurt, maar weinig restaurants in de omgeving.
We had a wonderful stay at Aldrovandi Residence. It has a family-run feeling to it. Daniele and all staff members are very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are spacious with a pentry and kitchen table, the beds are comfortable, and it is quiet and calm.
There is a large breakfast buffet with a wide range of choices. The location is great, next to the big and beautiful Borghese park. Highly recommended!
The room was perfect, and the aircon made a huge difference for the 40c temperatures! They're very spacious and although we didnt use it, the kitchenette provides a nice alterative to eating out every night. The pool was unheated but perfect for the heat. The breakfast had a decent selection but was of only average quality. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and was left spotless. Location-wise, the hotel has lovely surroundings being close to the park, and is only a 30/40 minute walk to the main town. We found this to be the perfect hotel for a balanced trip of sightseeing and poolside relaxation!
The pool bar mojitos were not very good at all, but this didn't overly affect our trip.
Not a point against Aldrovandi at all, but the tram system was undergoing restructuring when we visited (September 2026), which meant the usual tram that stops directly outside the hotel wasn't running and was instead replaced by a bus, which we found didn't arrive at all half the time. There were still other options for public transport, but these were a small walk away.

Beautiful older style traditional building in excellent condition with all rooms well maintained and very comfortable. A fantastic pool and small bar/cafe adds to the enjoyment of just staying around the hotel. Breakfast is also another highlight, well catered and in a great position and with equally great staff looking after guests. Good transport links, local buses or easy to get taxis mean getting around from the hotel is very easy. The National gallery and beautiful parklands, including a Zoo are only minutes walk away and are must do’s when staying at Aldrovandi Suites.
One flight of curving stairs to get down to the pool level and fact we could not use the elevator that was there and went to both levels. A bit remote to all the must do’s in Rome but good transport connections were there but took this time and planning instead of just walking down the road type attractions.
Ein Hotel mit Stil und Tradition. So auch die Zimmer und der freundliche Service. Wir hatten nur eine Nacht und durften uns am Pool vor dem Check in und nach den Check out entspannen. Vielen Dank 🙏🏻
The glamorous and spacious feel of the property and large well equipped rooms added to by the magnificent pool area.
Be beware dining and main attractions are a bus ride away.

Rooms a bit outdated - no electrical outlet next to wither side of the bed, air conditioner quite old and noisy. But it worked and the staff were lovely.
