Reunited with my jacket thanks to Marius!
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! I accidentally left my jacket in my room and didn't realize it until a couple of days later. When I reached out to the front desk, Marius Schneider was incredibly helpful. They arranged to have it shipped to me in Amsterdam for a reasonable delivery fee. It arrived safe and sound! The service here is truly top-notch - highly recommended.

Alles in allem freundlich und sauber.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat unglaublichen Charm durch die Architektur des alten Schwimmbades und die Moderne.Trotz der heißesten Tage des Jahres war es gut klimatisiert und hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war schon etwas umständlich mit der Duschwanne .Schön ,das es einen Vergrößerungsspiegel gab,aber er war sehr merkwürdig angebracht,man konnte ihn dadurch gar nicht höhenverstellen 🤔

Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstückbuffet war ausgewogen und vielseitig. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, klimatisiert und einladend.

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Lanxess Arena.
Die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und man ist damit in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Unser Zimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Die Hotelbar ist nicht riesig, aber die Cocktails waren lecker und bezahlbar.

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.
