Great location for work. Very friendly staff. Good air conditioning in room. Nice toiletries. Water provided in room.
Restaurant closed for maintenance so had to eat out. Room 315 bed dips from the side into the middle so slept on an angle causing back ache. Towels extremely small and rough. Gym facilities missing bench and machines not working. Noise from planes understand close to Heathrow airport but need to invest in sound proofing.

A cup of tea I made
Parking was not any good so I parked in a nearby street. Smells from the sewer pipe coming up the sink. Rip in carpet . Bedspring coming through The mattress .
Breakfast was an add-on and not what I believed I booked . With the sewer pipe gas I must say this hotel was a headache and it gave us one . Not a nice place to stay

Great location, nice & quiet room which was well equipped.
Check-in was OK, not particularly bad but not good.
I purchased a Club Room via an agent and these were also offered on operator Montcalm’s own website. The main advantage advertised was lounge access. The hotel knew nothing about a lounge.
The booking was for a twin, in the comments a double was requested. I got a twin.
The guest room was clean but tired and battered in places.
The bed, albeit a single was comfortable.
Tea and coffee, water and a fridge were provided. There was no fruit as suggested by the Clubroom pictures on Montcalm’s website. There was no newspaper as promised on their site.
The over-bath shower was powerful and at the right temperature. It was a big struggle to get the bath waste to open.
Breakfast was basic. The biggest issue was the lack of a coffee machine. Basic salad, two cut fruits, two whole fruits, two juices, cereal, sliced bread, in-house baked bread and mini croissants were provided. There were no other pastries or muffins, no cheese, no yogurt and no cold meats. There were about five hot food items with no mushrooms meaning that a vegetarian was limited to hash browns.
Tea and coffee came from dispensers that probably sat for hours. The coffee was very unpleasant.
The breakfast team were very polite and friendly and an asset to the property.
At checkout, the employee was polite and friendly but took no action when I complained about the nonexistent Club facilities.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Hounslow East Underground and when it is not busy can have low rates around £50. Busy nights will push the rate to around £150.
As a budget hotel, if you do not expect a park or for it to be Grand, then it may be acceptable.
They proudly display an AA 4* sign. Expect 3*.
I do not understand why there are so many 5* reviews…
Would I go back? Only if they get a coffee machine and the rate was low.
