Categories

Cleanliness
8
Multiple guests describe the hotel as impeccably clean, though one report noted a wet/soiled sofa in the reception (isolated incident) suggesting occasional lapses.
Service
9
Consistently praised: attentive, professional staff, exceptional valet service and specific positive mentions (e.g., 'Madame Sanae', welcoming reception).
Location
8.5
Frequently noted as well located — very close to the airport and city centre; a few comments that a car/taxi is useful for access.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms described as nice, comfortable and spacious by several guests, but one review noted very old furniture, lowering the score slightly.
Amenities
8.3
Pool is a clear strength (many positive mentions); some guests report loud music at the pool and a desire for direct parking access rather than always using the valet.
Value for Money
8.7
At least one explicit mention of excellent rapport qualité-prix and multiple positive overall assessments indicate good value for the price.
Food and Beverage
8.1
Breakfast is repeatedly praised as copious and high quality, though one guest criticized the hotel restaurants and overall food as below average.
Overall Experience
8.4
Majority of reviews are very positive (recommendations, praises of staff, pool, rooms) balanced by a few negatives (noise, isolated cleanliness/furniture concerns), yielding a solid overall experience.
