The view is the only thing this hotel gets right—everything else is disappointing. Overall, this hotel feels poorly managed and focused on extracting money rather than providing a proper guest experience. There are far better options for the same price.

Cons:

We booked two rooms well in advance and clearly requested either connected rooms or at least rooms next to each other. Instead, we were placed in completely separate corridors, split by an elevator, in some of the worst and noisiest locations possible next to service areas.
Customer service is extremely poor. Complaints are ignored, no solutions are offered, and there is zero effort to make up for obvious issues—not even a basic gesture.
The hotel constantly tries to charge extra for everything while delivering very little. The “beach” is just a public beach with no service. The pool is small, overcrowded, and unsupervised, with no pool service. The spa is overpriced. Drinks are excessively expensive. Breakfast is below standard.
The gym air conditioning was broken almost the entire stay, reaching around 36°C, and nothing was done to fix it.

Er werd ons niet gezegd dat we het restaurant moeten reserveren… wij zijn bij gevolg dan maar buiten het hotel gaan eten.

Jsme v hotelu již potřetí 2023,2025 a 2026.2023 byl krásný moderní nový,nyní by potřeboval větší péči a renovaci.fitnes nefungovala klima a stroje by zasluhovaly výměnu..u snídaně byl chaos-nekoordinovanost,chyběl obsluhující personál,nestíhali nápor lidí,chyběli hrníčky na kafe,talíře,misky apod..nebyly uklizené stoly,nemohli jsme si i 10 minut sednout,čekali s jidlem v ruce...syn musel dvakrát sám prostírat stůl...toto bohužel kazí celý dojem,i když se servis velki snažil a byl usměvavý a milý..

The worst experience of my life

They put me in a room that appears to have originally been part of a larger room, with only a door separating the two sections. Throughout my entire stay, I could not sleep properly because the walls were paper thin. I could hear every sound from the room next door as well as noise from the hallway.

The hotel could not move me to another room because it was fully booked. Considering the price I paid, the very least I should have received was a decent night’s sleep. Instead, I stayed in a hotel that feels dated, offers very few amenities and tries to charge guests for absolutely everything. They do not even provide complimentary bottled water in the room.

I want my money back.

L’emplacement, la piscine vue mer, les chambres

Cons:

Le manque de personnel dans toute la partie restauration, le temps d’attente au petit déjeuner pour espérer avoir un reassort sur le buffet, la femme qui gère le snacking l’après-midi n’est malheureusement pas professionnelle ni agréable avec la clientèle. Les prix sont bien trop élevé pour une prestation aussi légère dans un 4 étoiles.

Der Aufenthalt entsprach nicht dem Radissonstandart.

Viel zu wenig Personal beim Frühstück. Ständig musste man auf Teller und Tassen warten. Die Auswahl war ok aber nicht herausragend. Die Tische wurden nicht gleich abgeräumt. Kein schöner Anblick!
Abgewischt wurden die Tische mit einem Lappen, der auf dem Abräumwagen lag und zwischendurch nicht ausgewaschen wurde!!!

Très bel emplacement mais hôtel usine malgré propreté absolue
Pros:

situation géographique face mer- confort de la literie

pas d'eau dans les chambres sur le principe de l'ecologie ...
Aucune latitude sur l'horaire de départ = 12H et 70 € de facturé en cas de débordement
Très grand hotel = petit déjeuner en usine malgré la belle terrasse vue mer, beaucoup trop de monde

Un établissement qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles.

Faire payer le parking 15 € par jour est déjà difficile à justifier. Mais le plus choquant est l'état général des parties communes. À plusieurs reprises, j'ai dû marcher dans les couloirs en évitant des verres et des bouteilles vides abandonnés au sol. J'ai également signalé à la réception que des petits gâteaux et des fruits étaient en train de pourrir dans un couloir. Non seulement rien n'avait été remarqué avant mon intervention, mais la responsable ne m'a même pas remercié. Son attitude était froide et désagréable.

Un matin, après avoir taché un drap à la suite d'une petite coupure, j'ai préféré prévenir une employée de ménage par honnêteté. Sa seule réaction a été un profond « pfff… », comme si je lui causais un problème, alors que je faisais simplement preuve de respect.

En discutant avec une personne travaillant dans l'hôtel, j'ai compris que les employés étaient à bout, apparemment en raison d'une mauvaise gestion. Cela n'excuse toutefois ni le manque de propreté, ni le manque de considération envers les clients.

C'est la première fois de ma vie que je vais me plaindre à la réception avec la boule au ventre. Je ne suis pas un client qui critique facilement, mais cette expérience a été très décevante et ne correspond absolument pas au niveau de service que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Lovely hotel, great room, nice pool and restaurant.

Cons:

No concierge. Receptionist not that helpful when I needed help with car hire to Bastia. Can’t use all facilities ie gym despite expensive room rate unless you pay extra. No public transport and taxis are expensive so you feel a little isolated as nearest town is 3k away which was walkable in 35 degrees but only just. Bar closed on the night we were there at 10.15.

La vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse ou la piscine est magnifique

Cons:

L’absence d’eau mise à disposition dans la chambre, particulièrement en période de fortes chaleurs, est regrettable pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Par ailleurs, nous avions indiqué notre souhait que la chambre soit faite en accrochant la pancarte prévue à cet effet. À notre retour, la pancarte avait disparu et la chambre n’avait pourtant pas été entretenue.

Enfin, si le tarif pratiqué nous paraît cohérent avec un hôtel 4 étoiles, les prestations proposées ainsi que l’attention portée aux détails ne sont malheureusement pas à la hauteur de ce niveau de standing. Il est également regrettable que le parking soit facturé aux clients de l’hôtel, d’autant plus que l’établissement ne se situe pas en centre-ville, où ce type de prestation payante pourrait davantage se justifier.
