The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Everything! The worst hotel ever. Towels had pubic hair in them and the manager didn’t do anything about it. Disgusting

Pros:

The staff were very nice when we checked in. Very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

The room was freezing when we got there. After the room warmed up the room was damp. The floor you could not walk on it with socks or they got wet. The top covers on the bed were damp. The only reason we didn't leave is because my husband is handicapped and couldn't load all of the luggage up again and look for another place. The fridge was frozen up.

Not sure if I would consider this again.
Pros:

Hotel is dated and needs to be updated. Carpet looks like it needed to be cleaned or replaced.

Cons:

confirmation for room was lost by hotel. I showed my reservation to the front desk and the young lady was polite and said she had one room left and that was fine with us.

Adequate . Will probably try somewhere else next time
Pros:

Friendly staff. Pretty good selection at breakfast. Pastry was hard and not edible

elevator not working
Pros:

Elevator not working for weeks before we came and we were not notified. Had to carry luggage upstairs ourselves as no one helped and we are n our 70's. Door on side of building was propped open and anyone could come in. Noisy.
