אנשי צוות מאוד מזמינים ונחמדים, יש המון מהם בכל מקום והם כל כך נחמדים ותמיד רוצים לסייע. הכל נקי, יפה וחדש, משופץ בצורה איכותית. יש חנייה בשפע. ליד המלון יש מרכז קניות חדש עם סופר ענק, מסעדות וחנויות שונות. המלון נמצא צמוד למחלף של כביש ראשי ומשום כך לא צריך לעמוד בפקקים ביציאה או בכניסה לעיר. הארוחות עשירות ומלאות וארוחת ערב כלולה במחיר.
הארוחות חוזרות על עצמן כל בוקר וכל ערב, אין שום גיוון. אין ירקות, אין שום דבר שמתאים לטבעוניים או לרגישים לגלוטן.
I love the lobby/community area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
It could use an accessible outlet opposite the bed.

Our room location was noisy on the north east side as the traffic went late into the night on a Friday. We have stayed on the west and south sides and they are both quiet.
I like the friendly staff I like that they have a good hot breakfast and in the evening they also put of good selection of hot food also they have a good bar. The rooms are very spacious and clean...
There's nothing I didn't like.
I liked how it had a nice atmosphere to it and the lounge area was well kept. The layout of the hotel is very nice and easy to maneuver through. The pool was excellent, giving both an indoor and outdoor option while staying connected.
I didn’t like how small the area in the breakfast nook was. With the amount of guests and what feels like very little room it was hard to get around.
It was a nice quiet place.

The staff was friendly, food was good with lots of options. I appreciate the welcoming happy hour time. The room was comfortable and quiet. It's conveniently located off the highway, and the price was great for the time of year I was there.

The staff and our room were very pleasant.
Big event going on. The people from the event were overtaking the lobby a d eating area. They were very rude and left huge messes for the staff to clean up as well as customers waiting to come into the eating area. The staff kept up as best as they could and continued to be polite and helpful to the rest of us.
It was in a great location. Surrounding stores and shopping center is in walking distance.
The rooms it self are not very modern. I also told staff I would be coming in late but when we arrived after a long night of traveling we couldn’t even enter the hotel. The phone was not being answered when I called. My daughter left something in the hallway by mistake and staff didn’t pay attention to what it was when first reported, than I went to the front desk to ask on how the progress was going to find the item and they did not know what it was they were looking for yet they said staff looked everywhere.? They did not voluntarily ask to review cameras, nor did they send someone to get the item when we called it in two minutes after we realized she dropped it because if they had they would have had it in there possession, instead it seems like most likely they were busy downstairs with a big party and forgot and by that time it was taken by someone else, there are also people living at this hotel which is odd I was under thee impression this was a 5 star hotel the suite was mediocre. Than at Check out mind you I did not check in till very late so Thursday was basically paid for nothing but it was how the flights worked out instead of taking this into consideration and allowing a hour later on check out I was charged $33 because our limo was coming an hour after checkout which I find in pour taste. All
In all it was nice but just not to my expectations thank you.
