Poor
Pros:

I booked a twin room months in advance of our stay and was allocated on arrival a double room.Only after protracted(40mins) discussion/argument was I given a double room.The initial response being’ that’s (the twin room) all we’ve got.’The duty manager(the third member of staff I spoke with) miraculously found a double room for us ,I think influenced by the long queue that had formed behind waiting to check in.

Hotel in posizione comoda. Staff gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite. Colazione ok anche se poca scelta.

Compact, BUT pleasant and good value for money for Central London
Pros:

Room was fine for the purpose of my stay and it was a good balance of value for money, location and local facilities

Cons:

I felt for the price and value for money it was great and would recommend it for future travwel
