The location is great. Just 5-10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach that’s not crowded. Cafes, stores (7-11) and money exchange are just a few minutes away. The room and bedsheets were clean. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful but a little slow. It took me a while to check in. But that wasn’t a big deal for me. Everything else was good and it was nice to stay there
I had a door in my room that leads to the next room, and it was a little uncomfortable because I felt like people from the other room could enter my room anytime 😅 And I could clearly hear everything happening in that room.

Clean and tidy . Good reception Staff were helpful and pleasant . Room is big and near Surin Beach and location was perfect.
It's a modern hotel (they all are after the tsunami 😢) and the rooms are quite large, as is the bathroom. The 2 pools are lovely and there are shady spots for whiling away some time. Surin beach is beautiful and would be even better if there was less litter. The good news is there are lifeguards and they diligently work to keep swimmers safe when the waves get a bit heavy. Good to have 7-Eleven right outside and there are some very good restaurants within a 10 minute walk.
The roads etc are undergoing some maintenance and some new properties are being built, so it is a bit unsightly and can leave traffic jams on the narrow road to the hotel. The lane to the hotel is 100m and just wide enough for a big car. Outside the hotel there are only 4 parking spaces. They do have parking underneath for another 4 or 5, but it's a little tricky to find coming back out (difficult 5 point turn in the narrow lane!) then going around the block to a side entrance. Breakfast is very simple, adequate only. There is no other food at the hotel and no bar. The TV runs on Google and Apart from Netflix and You Tube, I failed to find any "TV" channels. So no world cup games 😒

Staff are not trained, young kids who don't know how to handle guests properly.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the team was incredibly polite, professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile.
The room was spotless throughout my stay, thanks to the excellent daily housekeeping. Everything was well maintained, and the amenities were of a high standard, making my stay comfortable and relaxing.
The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, massage centers, and a 7-Eleven all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area without needing transportation.
The only small downside is that the beach can be quite rough, with strong waves most of the time, so it’s not always ideal for swimming. However, this is a feature of the beach itself and certainly doesn’t take away from the overall experience.
Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, spotless rooms, and a great location. I would happily stay here again!
