Staff was very helpful and friendly.
This is clearly not a five-star hotel and should not be marketed as one. There's a lot of improvement that needs to happen in terms of the maintenance in the rooms, the finishings, and the fixtures. I think overall the cleaning staff are working very hard. They need more time and more guidance to have a better quality job. The maintenance staff around the building need to look at the fine finishing touches, and you need to find a way to bring atmosphere to your restaurant to attract guests.
Het buffet ontbijt was al uitgebreid en wij waren blij verrast dat je ook nog heerlijke gerechten van de kaart kon bijbestellen zonder extra kosten. het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam

La habitacion que nos toco tenia unos armarios de maquinaria que impedia la visibilidad a la avenida.
Café da manhã muito bom. Frutas, pães, ovos, salmão, enfim, tudo que se faz necessário para um bom café da manhã. Pessoal extremamente prestativo e educado.
Excursões lotam o salão do café da manhã. Um pouco apertado, diante do número de pessoas ao mesmo tempo. Mas, ok, também não atrapalhou. A academia de ginástica merecia mais uma esteira ou mais uma bicicleta. Todos os dias, quando íamos pela manhã os equipamentos já estavam ocupados ( uma esteira e uma bicicleta).
