Das Frühstuck war sehr gut und die Lage optimal
Die Ausstattung im Bad. Zu wenig Ablagefläche und keine Halterung für die Handtücher.
Falta de ganchos p pendurar as coisas roupas
Für den Preis habe ich ein echtes Kingsize Bett erwartet. Bekommen habe ich zwei Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben wo man dazwischen rutscht. Ein Topper hätte das ganze gelöst.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city cetre.
The staff of the restaurant is nice and helpful.
There is a nice outdoor patio.
The hotel is more a 4 rather than a 5 star, especially for the service which is extremely slow.
On our second day at the hotel we asked three times for our room to be cleaned without being attended. Truly unacceptable.

Rumore dalla strada, le finestre non isolano, sembravano aperte anche se chiuse… la strada genera molto rumore, i serramenti dovrebbero essere fonoosolanti, non semplicemente chiudere, questo ci si aspetta da un 5 stelle.
Localização excelente, ótimos quarto, café da manha maravilhoso, mas o que mais nos chamou a atenção foi a equipe do hotel, deste os recepcionistas, equipe de balcão de check-in, equipe de camareiras, equipe de café da manha... todos muito atenciosos!!
