Fantastic stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar in Phoenix . The check in process was smooth , staff was incredibly welcoming . Our room was spacious , clean and comfortable . The location was walking distance to the Chase Field Stadium. The perks of this hotel was the social hour 😉I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be booking here again !

I had a wonderful stay at the kimpton hotel Palomar largely thanks to Bryce and Douglas. They were incredibly accommodating, always available to help with any issue and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its top notch service.
One word, FANTASTIC! Stayed for the weekend of the Fourth of July. Had exceptional service from check in from Jessica and Dylan who were so cheerful and helpful. Location fantastic, we took in a WMBA game & a ball game just across the street. So close to wonderful restaurants and other entertainment. Pool & bar on the rooftop was an oasis of cool comfort on the sunny AZ summer day & evening. Service was excellent, Naomi & Matt made sure we wanted for nothing. Busy weekend but they handled it with a smile. Hotel bar at Blue Hound had excellent selection with a master bartender Julius. Top floor room with fantastic view, spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended!
Location was perfect! Property was clean and staff was very nice.
For the price I paid, I was expecting a microwave and maybe a love seat in the room. Was not allowed late check out.
The Kimpton Palomar is our “go-to” hotel for downtown Phoenix. Being an IHG Member with a Diamond Elite status, they have always provided me the perks that go along with it, including being upgrade to a suite (when available), welcome treats, as well as a “raid-the-bar” credit, breakfast or points.
They also have two restaurants on the property: Blue Hound Kitchen and Cocktails (book a month in advance for that one - see our video review under our dining section below) and Eden - their rooftop, outdoor restaurant. Both are great options, though Eden has beautiful views of the pool and of the Phoenix landscape!
Finally, they are VERY dog-friendly with free treats and water in the lobby (you also get a polaroid picture of them), as well as bedding and other amenities.
TIP: Valet your car - they park it in the secure garage that they share with the apartment complex next door.
Dylan and Kaitlyn were very helpful throughout my time here. Food was good here and the hotel itself was very clean and quiet overall. The hotel was about a 7 min walk to the convention center, and plenty to do around it. I would have a hard time staying anywhere else if I were in PHX .
Love staying here! From the friendly staff at check in that greet you with the best personalities, the complimentary cocktail hour and prime location, you cant beat it! This is our go to hotel for any downtown stay! 10/10 would recommend! Comfortable beds and spacious rooms! Only thing they need to update is the tvs! Please make them smart! ❤️

Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The great coffee service in the mornings is so enjoyable, and Blue Hound is one of our favorite restaurants, both breakfast and lunch were excellent! A special thanks for the nice cookies and fruits both stays, much appreciated. Been staying here for years, and will continue, as they are consistently outstanding.
