Pros:

This place is super old and the rooms are outdated. Everything's outdated and ancient. There's no air conditioning in the room, and it's really hot now in May. The receptionist was super rude. We asked for a renovated room and he was super rude.

Algo que rescatar, las empleadas del desayuno fueron muy atentas y simpáticas e hicieron un excelente trabajo.

Cons:

Soy clienta frecuente de Booking desde hace muchos años, vivo en suiza y nunca había quedado tan decepcionada. Justo un día antes de mi reserva me enfermé con una fuerte alergia debido al polen y no estaba segura si podría viajar, contactamos al hotel para buscar una solución e intentar cambiar la fecha para algunas de las semanas siguientes. Y no nos brindaron ninguna solución, solo la opción de cancelar y perder el 60% de dinero total. Al final a estos hoteles solo les importa asegurar su dinero y no tener un cliente contento y deseoso en volver .

A great place to stay
Pros:

I love the little personal touches. There was a very large tour group there and they went out of their way to have a reserved table for us. It was away from the crowed and they had a laminated name card. It was a very clean hotel.

Cons:

Nothing really. It was warm in the room and since we had our own fan, it all worked out.
