Pros:

The Room & Views: The room was excellent. Through the balcony, you get a beautiful, direct view of the snow-clad mountains.The Food: Breakfast was exceptional every morning. As a bonus for fellow travelers, there is a very good Indian restaurant located close by.The Location: Perfect location. It is situated very close to the train station, making transit incredibly easy.The Service: The staff is wonderfully hospitable. The reception team is highly supportive, helpful, and always available to assist.We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Très bien situé, grande chambre, belle salle de bain, jolie salle du petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Les chambres étaient en fin de rénovation, dans la mienne il manquait les verres à dent par exemple. Au dernier étage où j'étais, le wifi n'était pas au top de sa forme...

Great stay. Value for money. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Bed sheets. They felt like a molton under sheet. Not very nice. Pillows were a bit too soft; you could hardly feel any head support.
