Started brilliantly ended up dreadful
Pros:

On arrival we were absolutely thrilled! Fabulous location, beautiful exquisite air conditioned rooms, wonderful breakfast the next morning in a delightful outdoor setting however ….

Cons:

Early hours of our SECOND night there was a fire in the plant room. From there on our stay was diabolical. No electricity, no running water, no WiFi, not able to flush toilets for 30 hours. Rooms were v hot & breakfast for 2 days was limited. Eventually water & elec came back. For 4 of our 5 nights we had either no shower or a stone Cold shower. On our final hot night we were given a fan in our boiling hot room. Compensation was given for a one night of our stay but we now feel it should have been more and may follow this up.

They did not fix the bicycles (all 4 of 4 broken!)
They didn’t give us clean towels every day - had to ask on day 2
They did not give us water in the room except for the first day
Breakfast was very poor. The chef did not seem to know the difference between a hard boiled and a poached egg.

Bathroom was very small and the breakfast very small compared to all the other hotels we stayed in during our trip!

Great host great spot.
Pros:

Veronika was excellent very helpful! I also had room 102 with a balcony and spectacular view. And having the bicycle for use was great. They also have pier you can swim off.

Pros:

Tesisin konumu muhteşem. Kotor’a gidip kalınacak en güzel bölge. Akşamları sahilinde yürüyüp güneş batışını izlerken yemeğinizi yiyeceğiniz çok güzel mekanlar var yakında. Hem de Kotor’a 4-5km mesafede olması gün içinde Kotor’un kalabalığından kaçarak huzuru yaşıyorsunuz. Temiz güzel bir otel tarihi de olan bir yer. Çalışanlarda yardımsever.

Pros:

Very pleasant stay, good breakfast and facilities.

Cons:

A little bit far from Kotor center. Taxis will charge you a lot from/ to old town. Bikes available for guests but not in a very good condition.

Shower could be a little bit warmer and more potent.

Divan smeštaj na odličnoj lokaciji. Sve je bilo čisto, uredno i veoma prijatno. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i učinilo je da se osećamo dobrodošlo tokom celog boravka. Posebno nas je dirnuo gest za rođendan mog supruga – baloni i flaša vina su nas sačekali u sobi i zaista ulepšali naš odmor. Hvala celom timu Palazzo Radomir na gostoprimstvu. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti😊

Amazing stay in an idyllic location!
Pros:

My partner and I loved our stay at the hotel and really didn’t want to come back home! The location was absolutely amazing and the staff so friendly - a particular shout out to Alex! We loved the bikes for hire and the breakfast and our room overlooking the water was just perfect. Thanks so much!

We felt welcome at this hotel thanks to the staff's efforts. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always ready to help with any questions or situations that arise. This applies to reception staff, cleaners, waiters and any hotel staff.

Early checkin

The authenticity of the accommodations in a small stone castle.

The views from the window were beautiful.

The breakfasts was quite good.

The cleaning of the room was very good

Pier of the hotel is good for chilling and swimming

Cons:

Water issue for 2-3 hours once during our stay.
Drying clothes after swimming is not very convenient without a balcony.
You need to take quite long walk to buy something in supermarket.
