Lipsă minifrigider
Pros:

Locația hotelului în apropierea autostrăzii,camera frumoasă,mic dejun ok.

Cons:

Deoarece am călătorit pe temperaturi foarte mari un frigider în cameră ar fi fost perfect.

Pros:

This hotel is a very pleasant surprise for me and my group! Excellent location, very responsive staff who speak very good English! Incredibly good value for money! Very tasty and varied breakfast! We will definitely visit it again!

Lipsa de respect
Cons:

Sâmbătă seara , 2 petreceri organizate in hotel. Unul dintre ele langa camera mea la etajul 1. Aveam rezervata o camera pentru 4 persoane. Am cerut sa ne fie schimbata camera ,și inițial mi-au spus că nu mai au ,dar am insistat ca sunt cu 2 copii care nu pot dormi, si asa ne-au dat 2 camere separate,la etaje diferite. Chiar si asa se auzea muzica foarte tare ,nu am dormit toata noaptea. Hotelul a fost ocupat 80%, dar nu i-a interesat. Am coincis cu mai multe persoane la receptie care făceau reclamații, fara rezultat. Lipsa de respect total pentru clienti .

A fost ok, micul dejun bun. Ne-am odihnit bine si am avut loc de parcare

Cons:

Baia e putin demodata, apa mult prea fierbinte la dus - nu de putea regla bine. O lampa de noptiera nu funcționa

Personal amabil dispus să te ajute,o locație bună pt o oprire de o noapte în drum spre Budva, aproape de autostradă.Sunt locuri de parcare in fața hotelului.Micul dejun bun și diversificat.Paturi confortabile, lenjerie și prosoape curate.

Pros:

Personál bol na vysokej profesionálnej úrovni, veľmi ústretový. Aj keď nefungovala reštauráciách pracovník na recepcií nám zabezpečil chutné jedlo. Škoda že sme sa s ním už nestretli a nemohli mu osobné poďakovať. Výhoda bolo strážené parkovisko na ktoré bolo vidno z izieb hotela. Raňajky boli dobré, rozmanité. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.
