Pros:

Beautiful building with beautiful rooms right in the center of where a tourist wants to be. Maybe 10 minute walk from the hotel to beautiful historic sights and right on the old bazaar which always has something for you.

Convenient, spacious and cosy
Pros:

Staff were helpful. Room was very spacious, given it was a standard room and bed was really comfy. Amenities and toiletries were plenty, including slippers. Plenty of seating in the lounge area when checking in and nice to have an indoor snack shop and boutique. Right next to latin markets and bridge. Plenty of food places nearby, hair salons and good access to transport links.

Cons:

Spa prices were high, some packages were cheaper than a simple foot massage which didn’t make sense. Breakfast was okay, expected more options given the rating of this hotel. They don’t seem to replenish the food that is running out - not a great look for a hotel of this standard.

Das Frühstück war super, gute Auswahl und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist top, da man direkt in der Altstadt ist. Unser Zimmer war riesig.

Cons:

Für mich war die Matratze etwas zu weich, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Idéal pour visiter Sarajevo
Pros:

On ne peut pas trouver un hôtel mieux placé pour découvrir la ville de Sarajevo ! La vue depuis la chambre était magnifique, la literie très confortable. Le personnel est serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et de qualité (mis à part le café, ce qui est très dommage pour un pays qui semble beaucoup l'apprécier). Le café viennois de l'hôtel vaut également le détour, ainsi que la terrasse, très agréable pour un apéritif en fin de journée.

Cons:

Nous avons mis beaucoup de temps à gérer un malentendu avec la personne qui est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport et qui refusait de partir car il était persuadé qu'une troisième personne de notre réservation devait encore arriver... Comme il ne parlait pas anglais et nous pas le bosnien, nous avons toutefois réussi à le convaincre d'appeler l'hôtel pour clarifier la situation.
Au niveau de la chambre, nous avons également eu passablement de difficulté à comprendre le fonctionnement de la douche :) Notre chambre n'a pas été faite un jour, alors que nous avions clairement indiqué en laissant le carton sur la porte, que nous le souhaitions; ce problème ne s'est plus répété lorsque nous avons renoncé à mettre ledit carton sur la porte. Mais ce ne sont que des détails, par rapport au très beau séjour que nous avons passé dans cet établissement!

Przyjemny hotel w centrum miasta. Nie jest najnowocześniejszy, ale idealnie przez to pasuje do Sarajewa. Śniadanie okej.

Wada? Bardzo wolna winda.

Short stay near the Old Town
Pros:

1. The location is very close to everywhere in the Old Town.
2. Our car was able to drop us off right in front of the hotel as it is located on a main road
3. The room is size is big.
4. Breakfast spread was good

Cons:

Maybe if there’s something to gripe on, it’d be the air conditioning that didn’t work properly. Not a deal breaker though.
