Location is amazing and staff are very helpful- nothing is a problem. Breakfast buffet is fantastic
I have stayed in this hotel on and off for the last 15 years and I think it’s time for them to invest in upgrades to the rooms. The furniture is very worn and needs refreshing in the bathrooms. Need to be re-grouted and update updated. The air Conditioning is not working properly in the rooms and this has been an issue for the last few years.
The hotel is very central, close to the old town. The hotel has parking underground with some access to the hotel from there. (Note that non-hotel guests also park there) I felt comfortable parking my motorcycle there. The room was spacious, with cool and quiet air conditioning. The bathroom was also large, with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub (jets did not work) and the water pressure was good. The towels were okay. Robes and slippers were provided. The unit overlooked a venue for weddings, which meant loud music, the windows tempered most of the noise, and the music was over at a reasonable hour. The view was lovely. The bed was comfortable (European firm with a variety of pillows for comfort).
If I had to nitpick, it would be that there is only 1 elevator to the rooms, and that it isn’t easy to get from the parking garage to the rooms. I am assuming it is because it is more of a public parking garage than private.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgesprochen vielfältig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es bietet für jeden Geschmack eine grosse Auswahl.

Parkplatz wurde uns vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt. Zuweisung erfolgte sehr hilfsbereit.
Dusche hat nicht funktioniert kein Wasser
Badezimmer Türe schliesst nicht
Für 5 Sterne nicht zu empfehlen haben bei 2 Sternen besser übernachtet
Das Hotel ist zwar zentral gelegen, bietet aber dennoch eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist freundlich, unkompliziert und effizient.
Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden private Feiern statt. Dadurch konnten wir nicht alle Bereiche des Hotels nutzen, vor allem den Außenbereich (die Terrasse bzw. den Garten).
Osoblje je ljubazno i ekspeditivno.Lokacija odlična.Garaža za vozilo.
Doručak bi mogao biti bolji,sadržajniji i kvalitetniji.

Безусловно, главным плюсом данного отеля является его расположение, лучше трудно найти. Самый стык пешеходных зон европейской и мусульманской частей города. В остальном, гостиница уже не нова, носит налет усталости, в номерах уже потерто, не совсем удобно по планировке, в душе стоит вода... Неплохое кондиционирование, что при +35 весьма важно! Кровать, на мой вкус, слишком мягкая. Завтрак неплохой, был выбор.
