Ten obiekt jest najlepszy!! Czysto, komfortowo w samym centrum. Różnorodne śniadania. Szerokie i wygodne łóżka. Bardzo świeża i czysta pościel. Swobodny dostęp do basenu. Miła i przyjazna obsługa. Po raz kolejny z chęcią nocowaliśmy w tym hotelu.

Bed comfort
Overall hotel and room very old and give a doom vibes. No prober tv, very small room, bathroom was not supper clean, if you want to iron your cloth they don’t give you the iron machine they ask you to give them your cloth.
Centrally located in the old town with a decent car park and very near to all the major attractions of the city.
Stayed 3 nights but had housekeeping for only 2 nights. We had to fetch our own towels and make our own beds.

The hotel has a very good location, the rooms are very clean, the staff are very helpful and the breakfast was good. It has a car park with additional fee.
The entrance is a little bit complicated but since it is in the city center, it’s fairly ok

Hotel NEEDS MAJOR updates, complete remodel. Ancient everything, I mean everything from the floor up including furniture, bedding, doors(OMG our bathroom door rubs against the floor making this horrible noise so you can imagine using the restroom when your partner is asleep. Shower took Forever to get water going, I never succeeded in getting it to work, may be I had to wait more than 10 min for the water to start pouring out(Arrrrghghghgh). Everything is ancient: carpets in the hallways, light fixtures, furniture, etc...etc...) Breakfast: very cheap ingredients, mediocre quality, lots of junk just to fill space and claim variety, even their coffee machine is ANCIENT and makes REALLY watered down espresso. Disappointment after another! for the money I would not pick this hotel again ever not even for the location. They could make up for it by giving you free parking but of course not: it's 40BAM/day and it's a freaking maze to get to the parking using their 100 year old ONE LONELY elevator that takes Forever to come and then 5 min later the door opens. Very frustrating and I'm not Exaggerating at all. These people are clueless as to what similar hotels have to offer. The ONLY thing going for this hotel is its location, everything else is substandard for the amount of money they charge

Everything is very good but needs a bit of maintenance
Location is perfect. Close to lots of great bars and restaurants as well as the old town. Room was spacious.
The air conditioning is really not good. Instead of the usual wall unit you'd typically see, it is a vent in the window sill. As a result, the cold air doesn't circulate well. The room got incredibly hot. It was only around 25 degrees when we were there which was fortunate. I would not like to be trying to sleep in that room if it was any hotter.
The breakfast was not the best. No one greeted us on either morning. The food options were also not really to our taste.
