Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, komfortable und saubere Zimmer sowie ausgezeichnetes Frühstück: insgesamt ein sehr schöner und empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Parkhaus, das man völlig problemlos gegen eine angemessene Tagesgebühr nutzen kann.

Cons:

Im Umfeld des Hotels hat sich seit einiger Zeit eine "Feiermeile" gebildet, es kann teilweise sehr laut werden, doch dafür gibt es eine sehr zentrale Lage.

Insgesamt OK, die SuperLage des Hotels kompensiert die Mängel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, besser geht gar nicht. Du erreichst fast alles zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung ist OK. Das Personal weitgehend freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Bett war sauber und die Matrze fest.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr abgenutzt. Das Kopfteil des Betts endet mit ausstehendem Holzrahmen und in einer Höhe, die eine starke Verletzungsgefahr herbeiführt. Ich habe beim Aufrechtsitzen 2 Mal mit dem Nacken dagegengestoßen. Die Klimaanlage ist alt und naja....
Das Badezimmer war an manchen Stellen stark verschimmelt. Diese Aussagen betreffen nur das mir zugeteilte Zimmer. Es ist möglich, dass nicht alle Zimmer diese Probleme aufweisen.

Die Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Sauberkeit beim Frühstück ausbaufähig.
Dreckige und gebrauchte Servietten am Tisch.
Der Lift war eine Katastrophe.
Man müsste mindestens einmal rauf und runter um ans Ziel zu kommen.

Viel zu laut im Zimmer.
Defekte Fenster.

Pros:

Location , very kind and caring staff. The breakfast is excellent

Cons:

Shows wears and tears since I have been coming here last 20 something years. Hopefully they will find a way to touch up some things soon
