Pros:

L’accueil est extraordinaire. Nous sommes arrivés tard suite à une panne. On a pu aller manger dans une Osteria voisine sur recommandation de l’hôtel.

Pros:

Fantastic stay! The host was amazing — very friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent and felt almost brand new. Everything was super clean, and the air conditioning was a great bonus. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Erg simpel maar prima
Pros:

Het was een simpel maar goed hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, schoon en geen last van geluid van buiten

Cons:

De bedden waren niet heel comfortabel en het parkeren is lastig op die locatie maar we zijn wel goed geholpen door receptioniste die ons een adres gaf. Wel was deze locatie erg duur en we moesten de sleutel achter laten.

Grazie ad Anna e il suo team, io e mia cugina siamo stati state coccolate, pur mantenendo la riservatezza professionale
Pros:

Anna è la persona più gentile che abbia mai trovato in una struttura.: efficiente, disponibile, saggia, solare… non c’è cosa troppo grande per lei e non c’è problema che lei non sappia risolvere….. Anna con il suo staff competentissimi…. sono esempi per tutte le altre strutture da invidiare.

Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

La struttura ha una posizione comodissima vicina al porto antico ed un parcheggio che é una rarità per la zona in cui si trova. Inoltre le camere sono semplici e pulite ed i letti davvero comodi. Una nota in particolare alla gentilezza e disponibilità di proprietari e dipendenti che ci hanno fornito degli ottimi consigli per girare e godere della città e al fascino del angolino in cui si trova l’albergo

L'emplacement ...cœur du centre historique

Chambres parfaites

Cons:

On peut être surpris par la ruelle d'accès .
Mais l'hôtel est super
La dame à l'accueil est super disponible
Elle parle français..(rare en ITalie)
Il y a un parking a l'hôtel
Notre voiture étant trop imposante pour accéder à leur parking (voyage en groupe), cette dame nous a trouvé un parking adéquat a proximité...
Étant donné la circulation dense a Genes...ça nous a bien aidés
Les chambres sont parfaites
Tout est très propre
Allez y en confiance
Attention....pas d'ascenseur.
Précisez a la réservation si vous avez un problème pour les étages
Juste a côté de l'hôtel ..il y a une cafétéria pour le p'tit dej
