1. The towels were stained and did not smell fresh
2. The toilet was not flushing well, upon arrival there was floating tissue in the pan and there were stool marks in the bowl.
3. The blanket smelt sour, unbearable, we literally only used the sheet throughout the night.
4. The bed was sooo uncomfortable and was squeaky.
5. The body wash gel smelt awful, luckily I had brought my own.
All in all the experience was terrible.

The place was very quite and clean, the staff is very friendly and lovely they very welcoming and always assist when you need something from them, it’s my go to go place

They keep u at the reception after checking out , to search the room like you are a thief. No, tea pack in the room you must always request

Provide floor mats in the room and improvement on the bedding.
On arrival we were not treated well,the lady at the reception was not friendly she didn't even allow us to seat at the reception because we were early for check in even when we ask for the bathroom she said there's no one at the reception.
Location is great and the staff is very friendly, and no one stole any of our belongings
The Bed is hard and there was a floating marble shelf on top of the basin that was not attached to anything but rather it was just placed on top of two pins, it fell fortunately no one got hurt but it broke their basin. There was no notice or warning against this in the room. The TV is outdated. The chef was not available when you want to book and request breakfast for the next day.
The room was clean. Location was quiet. Parking was secure. Iron and ironing board were in the room including hair dryer. Lift was working well. Restaurants were near.
TV had no decoders, I couldn't watch anything. The room had no microwave.
