Cons:

The sheets were dirty.. brown. I found that very uncomfortable and unhygienic. They may have been washed but it looked like someone had been sleeping in them. Hotel sheets should always stay and be white. I was very upset by this

Pros:

Everything about the place is nice, clean and in a very good area.

Cons:

The walls are not sound proof. The neighbor phone alarm went off since 3 if not 4 am and he or she didn't switch it off, so it kept on snoozing and after sometime it rang again and again.
