La cercanía con el lugar al que necesitaba ir, lo cual generó ahorro en transporte.

No cuenta con parqueadero y los cercanos tienen horarios que no se acomodan fácilmente y eso hace un poco complejo el proceso.

El personal era amable, pero no vale la pena la amabilidad con las instalaciones. Rente por la calificación en booking pero esta mal calificada.

Cons:

Muy viejo el edificio, las camas incómodas, colchones muy viejos, las ventanas no tenían algunos vidrios, había cucarachas, no tienen regadera solamente el tubo. La zona está fea en la noche, zona de mujeres de la noche.
