Pros:

Osoblje jako ljubazno i nasmijano. Sobe su ciste, uređene sve je top. Pri odlasku se dobijaju pokloni mali znak paznje.

Hotel je lijepom i mirnom mjestu. Soba je bila cista i uredna.Dorucak je bio raznovrstan i odlican.Parking obezbijedjen.Osiblje hotela kulturno i ljubazno.

Cons:

Soba 5026..Frizider u sobi nije hladio.Pomqlo se osjeca vlaga/budj u sobi i kupatilu.Klima je radila ali veomo slabo.

En voi suositella kenellekään joka haluaa 4 tähden hotellia.
Pros:

Karmea häly ja meteli. Luulin hotellin olevan laadukas ja tyylikäs mutta sitä se ei ollut.

Cons:

Omituinen paikka. Aivan kuin hotelli olisi rakennettu ostoskeskukseen. Minkäänlaista rauhaa ja tyyliä ei ollut. Aamupalasali oli järkyttävän iso ja rauhaton.

Vrlo dobar hotel, izvan centra Sarajeva, ogromne sobe i pogled na Sarajevo.
Pros:

Ogromne sobe sa moderno dizajniranim kupaonicama, prostrane sobe i hodnici, veliki izbor jela i tradicionalnih restorana sa dobrim osobljem.

Cons:

Lokacijski malo udaljen. Doručak, na drugu stranu je bio prekrcat ljudima a izbor hrane slabiji od očkeivanog. Možda bi bilo bolje da nije bilo tolika navala ljudi, medutim moglo se naci svasta. Prenakrcato plakatima i oglasima, doručak je trebao biti malo bolje organiziran.

Pros:

The hotel is located ca 11km from the city center and convinient if travelling by car, the parking lot is right in front of the hotel and included. There are some restaurants and fast food options very close to the hotel, The tram stop starts 150m from the hotel directly to the Old Town if you want to skip the taxi or your own car ride. Money exchange service is provided in the reception. A nice young man at the reception gifted us the boxes of local sweets during the check-out.

Cons:

Once built as a beautiful hotel, it has worn off now both in rooms and public areas. We got a room for two to fit a family of 8 with an extra bed and mattresses (we did not ask for it). People are smoking inside the hotel restaurant with the smell in the lobby even when there is a big sign on the wall not to smoke (I made even a photo of it). The breakfast is terrible consisting mostly (and only) of local muslim options and almost nothing to choose from if you expect ordinary English or continental version. The food is served and tables are placed for 10 people like in a canteen. Food is really low quality. Food is spilled on the floor and tables, nobody cleaning. One of the worst experiences unfortunately.

Good clean hotel and friendly staff but service could be better

Good clean rooms

Cons:

Service could be better we had to drag our own bags up 5 floors and back down again , they don’t seem to have trollers when you need them

Ganska bra upplevelse, men stökigt, lyhört och vissa av rummen är i behov av renovering.
Pros:

Det är ett stort hotell och finns mycket i närheten, ett litet shoppingcenter, pekara, vattenland, frisörer och restauranger. Bra att transfer från flygplatsen som ingick när jag bokade hotellet. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Det är mycket som pågår på hotellet hela tiden. Upplevde personalen som stressad, hotellet har lokaler för fester och bröllop, bowling och andra aktiviteter. Ganska lyhört, kändes stökigt. Svårt att hitta till rummet så fick gå tillbaka till receptionen för att få hjälp till rummet.
