Clean, comfortable bed and close to the city but WIFI is not good!

Room was clean, comfortable bed and close to the city. Nearby a supermarket, some shops, caffes and takeaways.

They wanted to keep our Passports until check out and when I refused, they asked me to pay the bill in advance in order to release our passports and I did so.
Safe was broken, WIFI was very slow and I had to sit in the hotel lobby most of the time in order to get batter WIFI connection. I’m not happy with a handheld shower-head instead of a fixed wall shower as I had to hold the shower-head while having a shower which was very inconvenient. There was no kettle for tea or coffee. And not even a single wine glass while country produces very good wine. Also, our room view was blocked with a big wall. Reception was not always helpful either. Most of the hotel guests are from Middle East countries and I felt like we are in Middle East and not in Sarajevo.
