letto un po' più basso della norma e un po' piccolo (avevamo 2 letti singoli)- viaggiando con una persona anziana diventava più faticoso per lei alzarsi

La tranquillità e il fatto che la struttura sia nuova. Ottimo il sevizio garage a prezzi non esosi.
I letti abbastanza comodi ottima anche la risposta alla risoluzione dei problemi

Cons:

La colazione un pò di macedonia sarebbe meglioa verla, invece della solo frutta intera, amplierei anche l'offerta di frutta secca: mandorle, noci semi di girasole per metterli nello yogurt o nel latte

Modern, gepflegt, tolles Personal!
Pros:

Wir hatten für 2 Tage 2 Standard-Doppelzimmer gebucht; die klimatisierten Zimmer sind sehr angenehm gestaltet und wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt! Jedes hatte Poolblick und Balkon! Für längere Aufenthalte gibt es auch Apartments und größere Räume. Bad hat uns auch gut gefallen, eines der Zimmer hatte sogar ein sehr großes Bad mit riesigem Fenster. Das Personal ist freundlich und stets um den Gast bemüht; auf unsere Wünsche bezüglich Zimmerlage und Ausstattung wurde eingegangen! Die ganze Anlage ist modern, gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Aci Trezza auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen! Es gibt auch eine gut erreichbare Tiefgarage (haben wir aber nicht genutzt). Frühstücksbuffet bot auch alles, was wir brauchten: Von Müsli über Toast, Obst, jede Menge Kuchen, Butter, Brötchen, Eier, Aufschnitt, Joghurt, etc..... Die Rezeption hat für unsere Rückreise den Flughafentransfer gebucht (45 Euro), was sehr angenehm war, da wir auf der Hinfahrt mit einem Taxi vom Flughafen "abgezockt" wurden (75 Euro).
