Pros:

The room was generally clean, although the door had some stains and there was some dust on the shelf. The amenities provided were sufficient.

Cons:

The parking was closed and marked as “Full”, which was inconvenient.

The room had a noisy neighbour. The connecting door between the two rooms does not make much sense, as it provides very little sound insulation. The neighbour’s loud TV was clearly audible throughout the night and significantly disturbed our sleep.

The shower door is a problem, as water gets everywhere and leaves the bathroom floor very wet. The foot towel is also far too small to be practical.

Breakfast hours should also be extended, as the current schedule is somewhat restrictive.

Já foi muito melhor.
Pros:

Localização, simpatia do staff.

Cons:

Os quartos têm gradualmente perdido qualidade na manutenção. A água por exemplo tem pouca força, as janelas não estão a isolar correctamente o barulho do tráfego e o pequeno almoço perdeu um pouco de qualidade na oferta .

Já foi muito melhor, está agora no equilíbrio do razoável entre o que custa e oferece.

Se não melhorar irei deixar de considerar como opção. Já o Holiday Inn de Carnaxide acabou por descuidar na manutenção e conforto global.
Parece ser algo transversal à cadeia ....
