Pros:

Lucky we chose this hotel as we had to bunker up a whole day due to typhoon.
Rooms were good sized for this price range in Japan.
Lawson is conveniently at ground floor of the building and we could access food / drinks without getting into the wind.

Staff was great and provided any information we needed about the typhoon.

Location conveniently located near monorail station and car rental counters in T Galleria.

Parking available for a fee, though we parked at the adjacent parking lot overnight for a bit cheaper (but without cover)
