Ar condicianado muito barulhento , hotel com instalaçõe velhas , banheiro com mofo , café da manhâ fraco , 40 minutos de espera para conseguir pegar o carro no estacionamento , tomadas antigas ,tive que comprar uma adaptador para tomadas novas de 3 pinos .
Atendimento sempre impecável na recepção, café-da-manhã, etc.
A limpeza precisa de mais atenção pois havia cabelo, unhas cortadas e poeira. Estão trocando os elevadores que já são só 3, portanto o deslocamento interno está prejudicado

A estadia foi maravilhosa! O quarto era muito limpo e organizado, além de extremamente aconchegante. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O hotel superou a expectativa, agradou a todos!

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay: plenty of variety, well stocked, and good quality. The location is also excellent, right in the historic centre, so you can get almost everywhere on foot.
Cleanliness fell well short. There was litter and dust on the floor, cup rings on the desk, bits of toilet paper on the bathroom floor, and dirt marks in the bathtub. The room and bathroom are clearly dated, with fixtures showing years of wear. The key card only opened the door after several minutes of trying. The Wi-Fi was slow and dropped constantly, so I had to fall back on mobile data. There is also a single lift for over 20 floors, and the waits were so long that I ended up walking up to the 15th floor. Rooms facing the back of the building have no view to speak of.

El pasajero nos indico reservar en este lugar por la cercanía a una feria donde iba, le gusto en general pero la experiencia a su llegada fue un poco mala.
Hicimos la reserva por él, gestionamos el pago via transferencia, el pago no se recibió a tiempo (y nadie nos informó hasta que el llegó al hotel), volvimos a pagar para solucionar el inconveniente y ahora ponen mil excusas e inconvenientes para tramitar la devolución de esa pago duplicado.
