Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Makassar.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Alle sind bemüht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Sehr guter Zimmerservice. Alles Sauber und du ordentlich. Schönes Schwimmbecken (35 m) in der 15. Etage, auch Sauna mit Aussicht. Gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Würde wieder kommen!

Cons:

Jakuzzi zu heiß und Wasser zu verbraucht.

Very good place to stay
Pros:

We were there 3 times and were allowed to store our luggage there inbetween. The rooms were very nice and clean. We got an upgrade to a geourgeous suite with a fantastic view. The restaurant hat good food and looked great. The stuff was very helpful. We will definatly come back

Perfect! Een echte aanrader!

Eerste keer hier, alles echt perfect!
Ook het eerste contact was goed! Ms.Mega , guest service agent, geeft een snelle reactie en zeer adequaat.
Kamer was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hygiënisch, goede ijskast.
Zelfs een bad.
Heerlijk uitgebreid Indonesisch ontbijt!
Van Soto, Bubur Ajam, Indonesische rijsttafel, tot Indische koekjes, kue talam, kue lapis, maar ook croissants, cereal.
Personeel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.
Als we weer in Makassar zijn zullen we hier zeker terug komen. Echt een aanrader!

Lovely stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice view and sublime breakfast!

Cons:

The gym and pool are only open until 7PM? I would've liked to see these two close later so that you can use them after enjoying Makassar during the day.

Pros:

Wonderful breakfast, so much variety. Room clean, spacious and tidy, very comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly throughout. Water dispensers on each floor. Location excellent, quick and easy to get Grabs.

Cons:

Massage - I felt like I walked into someone's living room while they were enjoying snacks and TV. Minimal English spoken and it sounded like nobody wanted to give me a massage (sorry to disturb you).
