I have been in this hotel 5 years ago and it went downhill. Not staying anymore, not worth the money
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Cleanliness, lack of towels, pillow, stuff to put up sofa bed was not in the room. I needed to go down and ask and received linens and blanket with holes on it.
Bas experience for the family

We enjoyed how big the room was but the furniture needs to be replaced because seeing stains all over them made it uncom
Pros:

The hallway smelled like pee, don’t get me wrong we were supposedly on the dog floor which someone complained about our dog barking which we never leave him but wanted dinner.

Cons:

There was a cockroach in her bath stains on all the furniture and the room smelled like Pet Smart.

Was ok probably won’t be back
Pros:

Friendly staff and the variety of fruit at the breakfast was great!

Cons:

Room was run down, furnishings were old looking and smelled like urine. Understandable that it was a pet friendly place but it is not very clean

Bed were comfy and stay was alright.
Pros:

I always like the big family suite with the kitchen and the pool/hot tub/ breakfast.

Cons:

The 2nd floor hallway smelled like dog and the room wasnt as clean as usual, there were food crumbs on the kitchen counter and bathroom toilet ran 24/7.
