Pros:

Lovely to have proper milk cartons in the fridge rather than plastic pots.
Large comfortable room with table and sofa. Free laundry made washing easy. Easy access to the river cat at Brett’s wharf.

Cons:

Sheets felt a little scratchy. Lack of lift is not a big problem, no rooms above first floor.
