Pros:

Check in unfriendly, no smile or welcome, Taking 100.00 incase damage ontop of room charge not impressed as you have credit card details if any damage. Which would be a rare incident to happen. I see you loosing guests.
Then told to have it returned in 10-14 days is confusing rediculous and makes no scense, seeing room payment has to be approved on the spot, the 100 payment made in addition should be returned at least a day later. As the room is checked cleaned the day of checkout.
For this reason i would never stay again, am going back to quest, how you are aporoached on arrival makes ir breaks the visit. Ileft the room very clean tidy all rubbish in bin dishes done, blankers folded back in cupbourd.
I Am Going back to Quest.

Was so surprised how wonderful the rooms were so clean and a great size the balcony was a bonus, the restaurant and sports bar were so great and so handy… Will stay again for sure ….

Enjoyed our stay, close to main shops with a short drive
Pros:

Always nice when i stay here.

Overall, I would stay again.
Pros:

Room set up was good, beds comfortable, room clean.

Cons:

The most disappointing part of our stay was at 4:30am someone threw a strawberry milk concoction on our outside window on level 3. It was frightening. I advised reception but found they apologized for this and said they would clean it but no additional compensation for any inconvenience caused, was given.

Everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Very comfortable bed. Large room and very quiet. Food at restaurant very good.
