Einfach schön
Pros:

Das Personal war sowohl zu uns als auch zu den anderen Gästen sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und bot genügend Platz für unser gesamtes Gepäck. Auch unsere Velos konnten wir problemlos hinein nehmen.
Das Essen war köstlich und auf unsere individuellen Wünsche wurde gerne eingegangen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder mit der ganzen Familie.

Pros:

Very close to the bus station. Bus is free with the guest card provided by the hotel.
Lake thun accross the street.

Cons:

Balconies are connected. Would be great if a some seperation existed for more privecy.

Good room, good location, good breakfast
Pros:

Large room, comfy bed. We had a room round the back. It was quite quiet.
Breakfast was good and plentiful.
Bus stops just outside hotel. It is a short walk from the lake. The evening food is excellent if you chose to eat in their restaurant.

Cons:

Staff could perhaps have been more welcoming when we got there. The city tax brings with it the benefit of a free bus travel pass. It would have been great if that was sent to us in advance. Other hotels manage this.

Cons:

L’accueil était fermée lors de notre arrivée et malgré notre appel nous n’avons jamais pu récupérer nos clés.
Contacté par la suite, cet établissement persiste dans sa mauvaise foi et insiste sur le fait qu’il revient au client de prendre ses dispositions. À noter que des boîtes à clés sont présentes à l’extérieur du bâtiment mais l’accueil ne juge pas bon de prévenir les clients en leur envoyant un message le soir avant de fermer pour indiquer le code au client pour récupérer ses clés (comme le fait n’importe quel autre logement)
Nous avons donc perdu une nuit sur notre séjour et le prix de la réservation (que l’hôtel refuse bien sûr de rembourser alors même que la chambre n’a pas pu être utilisée, du vol)

Preiswertes Hotel in Thun, gute Lage, einfache/ältere Ausstattung.
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage.
Preisleistung gut.
Günstigstes Hotel an dieser Lage.

Cons:

Strasse/Verkehr recht laut.
Fenster liess sich nicht weit öffnen.
Dachzimmer mit zwei Metall-Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben (Spalt), plus ein Zusatzbett.
1 Queensizebed wäre schöner.

Er zijn honden toegestaan

Cons:

In het algemeen was de prijs kwaliteit verhouding slecht. De kamer was oud en niet goed onderhouden. Ontbijt was het ook net niet, karig.

Good location for exploring Thun

The location is great. Close to the lake and within walking distance to the center of Thun.

The beds are not very comfortable, they are extremely soft and make a lot of sound.
