Pros:

Mooie locatie, goed parkeren en vriendelijk personeel en we hebben heerlijk gegeten, ontbijt was fantastisch.

Cons:

Het bed had een zeer dun kussen en het onderlaken (geen hoeslaken) bleef niet op zijn plek. Om in te checken moest ik op zoek naar iemand, de receptie was onbemand,

Location is great and the view from the hotel is stunning.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean and there was no soap for washing hands. Obviously nobody even checked that is was empty. And there was not a single cup at least to put my toothbrush in.
Breakfast was very, very average. Didn't enjoy at all.

كل شيئ قديم الفطور بخيل الموظفه تنظر الي كأنني اسرق لم يكن هنالك بيض عندما اتينا . طلبنا بيض عبست في وجوهننا وعندما جابت البيض بعد 10 دقائق لم تقل لنا . وصوت الضيوف في الاعلى مزعج لا يوجد عزل الشرفه مشتركه لا يوجد مصعد لانه فيه 4 ادوار متعب اذا جئتم خذو مع شرفه عجهة الجبل ليس قريب من هالشتات بعيد 40 دقيقه براحه ولا يوجد مكيف هواء ومناشف فقط 2 هاذا اسوء فندق في النمسا بعد 14 فندق زرتها في رحلتي الى النمسا

Pokój który rezerwowalem na zdjęciach wyglądał ładnie, niestety na miejscu otrzymałem inny pokój z przełomu lat 80/90. Brudna, poplamiona i brzydka, wykładzina a raczej podkład pod wykładzinę. Łazienka w odcieniach beżu pokrytego czarna pleśnią, brodzik z odpryskiem i bez kratki odpływowej, brak kubków na szczoteczki, połamane uchwyty, stara na wpół sprawna suszarka do włosów. W pokoju wielki stary blaszany grzejnik elektryczny, pokój przedzielony jakąś teatralna zasłoną, brak jakichkolwiek kanałów telewizyjnych, z tarasu brak widoków ( dach schodzi tak nisko że wszystko zasłania), brak jakichkolwiek szklanek i chociażby małej butelki wody ( nie ma nawet możliwości spożycia leków w pokoju) Właściciel w ogóle nie odpowiada na wiadomości wysłane za pośrednictwem booking.com. Potrzebowałem tylko informacji o której są śniadania i się nie doczekałem. Obsługi trzeba szukać po całym obiekcie a przed 18.00 nie ma szans na skorzystanie z baru, nikt tam nawet się nie pojawia. W moim odczuciu dyskryminuje się tu Polaków i osoby słabo mówiące po niemiecku tak samo jak przyjeżdżające na motocyklu. Uważam że zostałem oszukany przez właścicieli i próbowałem polubownie załatwić sprawę ale nawet na to nie chcą odpowiedzieć. Dlatego wystawiam tak szczera i niestety nie przychylna ocenę. Nie polecam tego obiektu. W okolicy jest wiele ciekawszych obiektów w których zostaniecie potraktowani jak goście a nie jak klienci którzy mają jak najwięcej płacić i niczego nie oczekiwać.

Tische waren schmutzig, Personal unfreundlich bzw. Kein personal nachmittags da. Man musste durchs Hotel laufen umoerdonsl zu finden, um ein Getränk zu erhalten. Das Badezimmer war katastrophal (70er Jahre) komplett veraltet, der Wasserhahn war lose und in der Dusche verschmutz t
