Pros:

Pokoj byl docela velký, pěkný, útulný, koupelna byla trošku stísněná. Postele byly pohodlné. Dostatek ramínek ve skříni. Krásný výhled z okna i balkonu. Ticho, docela teplo, ale ne ideálně.

Cons:

Chyběla lednička a set na připravu čaje a kávy. O přizděnou keramickou poličku nad umyvadlem se manžel silně praštil do hlavy a měl bouli. Docela dost schodů se zavazadli.

We will definitely be back!
Pros:

The hotel is located in a picturesque spot. The room and shower were modern and spacious. We were even granted extra time in the sauna—a special thank you for that. The young woman working during breakfast was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The heated towel rail in the bathroom wasn't working, and it looked like they’d forgotten to vacuum the carpets.

Worst ever!
Cons:

Very dirty place! The owner is trying, but his wife is the opposite!.The room was dirty, there wasn't even 1 towel in the room and not one in the so called "spa"-area! The shower is like 60 years ago & broken! I booked my 2nd night straight at the desk to be nice as I work for a bit tour-operator, so she made me pay 30€!!! more then on booking.com! Never happened in 4 rtw travels and all my business-travels! They throw all the blankets on the floor when "cleaning" so all the guests have to wingle thru piles of dirty stuff just lying around everywhere! It's a trap!

Pros:

Great location with beautiful mountain views. We were warmly welcomed and the check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast selection was a little limited, but we still found something for everyone, including the kids. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time here.
