In lipsa unui lobby la receptie am stat la discutii la bar intr-o seara si a trebuit sa suportam nervii si remarcile total nepoliticoase a dl-ui.Teymur privind valoarea necorespunzatoare a consumatiei (din punctul lui de vedere... ) desi nu era specificat nicaieri ca trebuie o consumatie minima la ocuparea unei mese. Am fi consumat mai mult dar am preferat sa plecam si sa ne prefacem ca nu intelegem ce spune (desi stiam limba si intelegeam perfect ce spune) ca sa evitam mai multi nervi, lucruri trantite și alte remarci jignitoare. In plus a refuzat sa dea drumul la TV argumentand ca nu functioneaza desi dimineata urmatoare mergea perfect. Ne-a facut sa ne simtim total inconfortabil. Este de evitat.

We had a bad experience with the bartneder.I don't know how is the policy of the hotel but in a evening we sat in the reception: 4 adults and 4 kids.Our husbands took 2 beers and then we tried to play cards, adults on a table, kids to another table.The bartender was angry and manifested very weird: he walks around nervously,he threw things on the bar, he was talking to the receptionist about us, we asked him to turn on the tv but he didn't want to, finally saying that "take two tables and only two beers?".At another table there were 4 other young people playing cards without consuming anything. Plus, there were still free tables, in case anyone wanted to sit down.

The next evening we choose not to come because we felt very uncomfortable.

Were we required to consume if we were staying at the reception?

The breakfast was poor, few working staff in a crowded restaurant

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte etwas höher sein.

not enough hot breakfast options, it was either eggs or hot veggies. The next day egg or sausage. I stuck to the cold foods as there were far more options to choose from.

Tiszta kulturált szálloda.

Während der Nacht hatte ich den Eindruck, dass sich jemand Zutritt zu meinem Zimmer verschafft hatte. Obwohl ich die Zimmertür geschlossen hatte, stand sie später offen. Ich vermute daher, dass jemand in mein Zimmer eingebrochen ist.

Außerdem wurde ich nicht im Computersystem des Hotels erfasst. Mir wurde auch verboten, das Frühstück zu konsumieren, obwohl ich bereits mehrmals im Hotel gefrühstückt und dafür bezahlt hatte. Trotz meiner Zahlungen wurde mir nie eine Rechnung ausgestellt.

Am nächsten Tag stand meine Schwester Daniela Leitgeb-Teufner vor meinem Zimmer. Ich frage mich, wie es möglich war, dass sie überhaupt in diesen Bereich des Hotels gelangen konnte. An der Rezeption saß der Ehemann mit seinem Kind. meiner Schwester, mit dem sie seit 2019 verheiratet ist. Er gab vor, mir helfen zu wollen, misshandelte mich jedoch stattdessen. Sie bekommen alles, was sie wollen, einschließlich Geld. Meine Schweste wusst enicht einmal die vier Namen von ihrem Kind.

Ich wurde misshandelt. Nach meiner Wahrnehmung wollte meine Schwester mich ersticken lassen. Daraufhin verständigte ich die Polizei. Allerdings hatte ich den Eindruck, dass es sich bei den Personen, die sich als Polizisten ausgaben, nicht um echte Polizisten handelte.

Das Hotel unternahm meiner Ansicht nach nichts, um auf diese Vorfälle angemessen zu reagieren oder meine Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.
