Please note that the available parking possibilities are limited, vary by size of the vehicle and therefore cannot be reserved in advance. Guests are kindly ask to deposit the car keys at the reception desk upon arrival so that their vehicle can be placed.

Please note that all upper floors except the 5th floor are accessible by elevator.

Please note that rooms ‘DBL2TM’ and ‘COM2TM’ can only be accessed via a spiral staircase.

From May 2026 onwards, new construction projects (houses with apartments for locals and holiday guests) are expected to start on the opposite side of the street, contributing to the further development of the area. During certain periods, the mountain view to the south may be temporarily and partially restricted by a crane or construction elements. The construction work will take place exclusively on the other side of the street opposite the south side of the hotel. Our hotel itself will not be affected.
As we are not the builders or operators of these projects, we are unfortunately unable to provide any precise information on the planned schedule or sequence of construction work. In general, construction work may only take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday during the usual hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. without special permission. Of course, we have nevertheless emphasised to the project operators on several occasions how important it is for us to show consideration for our hotel guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Amazing location.
Pros:

Location was right beside the Grindelwald Train Station. It was quiet even though closer to the station. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel has a lounge at the top floor which gives you view from all sides. Great breakfast too.

Wonderful, couldn't think of a better Swiss alpine experience, will stay again.
Pros:

Couldn't ask for a better location, the absolute heart of the town and train station. Picture perfect Swiss ambiance, rooms, staff, etc. Cozy, just wonderful. Restaurant was packed and for good reason, great traditional Swiss alpine food and vibe. I would stay here again and again. The lobby makes me want to open Christmas presents in it wearing pajamas, so cozy.
