Please note that the available parking possibilities are limited, vary by size of the vehicle and therefore cannot be reserved in advance. Guests are kindly ask to deposit the car keys at the reception desk upon arrival so that their vehicle can be placed.

Please note that all upper floors except the 5th floor are accessible by elevator.

Please note that rooms ‘DBL2TM’ and ‘COM2TM’ can only be accessed via a spiral staircase.

From May 2026 onwards, new construction projects (houses with apartments for locals and holiday guests) are expected to start on the opposite side of the street, contributing to the further development of the area. During certain periods, the mountain view to the south may be temporarily and partially restricted by a crane or construction elements. The construction work will take place exclusively on the other side of the street opposite the south side of the hotel. Our hotel itself will not be affected.
As we are not the builders or operators of these projects, we are unfortunately unable to provide any precise information on the planned schedule or sequence of construction work. In general, construction work may only take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday during the usual hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. without special permission. Of course, we have nevertheless emphasised to the project operators on several occasions how important it is for us to show consideration for our hotel guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Great location and good breakfast. However, we were very disappointed with our room. We had booked well in advance and specifically requested and paid for a room with a balcony, but were given a first-floor room directly facing the train/metro station. We raised this upon arrival but nothing was done. Only on the day of checkout did the staff finally apologize. Overall, a disappointing experience regarding the room.

Pros:

Hotel decor was charming. It was next to train station with no noise interruptions. It's a small station. Breakfast was great and we ate fondue with wine at the restaurant which was an experience. My husband and I would definitely return. We loved Grindelwald .

Cons:

The construction was right in front of our balcony the crane was making long noises starting at 7 am! Our sleep was disturbing so dust was getting into our room. Recking ball making lots of noises. It was a smoke free rooms yet the smell of cigarettes from another balcony was verry annoying.... Also they gave us a room that was not near what we booked from expedia

Perfect Grindelwald Hotel
Pros:

Location is excellent right next to the train station. Stay on the far side and you'll never know the Station is there. Rooms are small, but efficient. Staff is very accommodating and Housekeeping is timely and thorough.

Cons:

Evening dinner is the restaurant seemed awkward, not knowing who our wait staff was.
