Pros:

We were at 302. Room was huge. Balcony overlooking Matterhorn. Room was very clean. Towels changed and floors mopped daily. Water pressure was excellent with excellent temp control. Toilet flush excellent. Main bed was large and the couch bed was comfortable. Room temp was perfect even though it is summer now. Location was great! One of the cheapest in the area when i booked so excellent value for money.

Staff were very friendly, attentive, and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rebook. Love from Philippines!

Na recepção quem nos atendeu falava português, e isso facilita muito. Nos deu dicas de passeios e foi muito gentil. Quarto grande e muito confortável. Havíamos feito um pedido ao hotel, que se possível, nosso quarto tivesse uma vista bonita. Ao abrir a janela... lá estava ela... Matterhorn lindo e ensolarado. o Café da manhã tambem foi muito bom.

Zeer goede ligging, zeer centraal. Zeer vriendelijke uitbater. Verrassende zeer moderne en prima wellness (sauna en hamman) als extra wat deugd deed na een stevige wandeling.

Cons:

De koffie in het ontbijt kon beter. Het ontbijt zelf was anders zeker in orde.

Le déjeuner

Cons:

Chambre-prison sans aucun espace sinon le lit
Douche étroite, pas de lavette pour se frotter, un chauffe eau mais sans même un sachet de thé
Heure du déjeuner trop tardif (7h30) si on veut partir randonner de bonne heure, faut avancer à 7h
Il a fallu négocier pour pouvoir prendre une douche de retour de randonnée le jour du départ

Super bien placé au centre de Zermatt, facile d'accès. Très belle vue du Cervin à partir du balcon. Petit frigo. Petit déjeuner agréable.

Cons:

Pas de pantoufle ni de robe de chambre disponible dans la chambre pour aller au spa. Il n'y avait pas de fer à repasser.
