Excellent rapport qualité-prix-emplacement!
Pros:

Proximité du centre.
Rapport qualité-prix à cet période pour ce week-end en particulier : Ultraks Zermatt.
Spa à disposition.
Amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

La modernité des chambres : salle de bains et chambre vieillotte même si la propreté était irréprochable!

Would definitely stay at Hotel Astoria again.
Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful. It was raining when we left our hotel and was given a ride to train station so we didn't have to walk in rain. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, scrambled eggs and bacon 🥓 were delicious. Room was spacious with a great view.

Lo staff gentile ma dà indicazioni sbagliate e poco chiare sullo svolgimento della vita a Zermatt.
La Spa piccola ma aperta solo al nostro ingresso, quindi abbiamo aspettato che si riscaldasse e non ce la siam goduta.
Colazione carina , ma povera soprattutto col caffè.

Cons:

Per quello che ho pagato mi aspettavo almeno un letto matrimoniale ad hoc, molti più servizi iin camera e un bagno più accogliente.
In camera c’era il thermos del thè vuoto.

朝焼けのマッターホルンを見に日本人橋に行きました。ホテルから近かったので、寝坊しても間に合いました。
朝ごはんは色んな種類があり、楽しめた。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の扉が鍵がかかってて使用できなかったこと。

Great staff and location.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful with all our requests. The location was very central. Hotel furnishings are a little worn. Breakfast buffet was generous.

Cons:

No fan in the bathroom. Shower drsin was very slow, so standing in a few inches of water when showering.

Very nice hotel, clean and nice room, kind staff, overall we loved staying in this hotel

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the pillows - they were uncomfortable for us, very thin, so we couldn't get quality sleep

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great location, large corner room with lots of light, comfortable bed. The receptionist was helpful & welcoming & she was quick to respond to our requests.

Cons:

The hotel is dated & needs renovation. However, everything functions well.
