Hotel perfeito em Zermatt!!! Superou nossas expectativas!!!!
Pros:

A equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e simpática, nos orientou em vários passeios. Tinha café da tarde de cortesia, muito gostoso e gentil. O hotel é muito bonito e a localização é perfeita, bem perto da estação de trem e da rua central de restaurantes e lojas e tudo mais. Perfeito!

Ottima la colazione con ampia scelta tra dolce, ma soprattutto salato :)

Proximity to train station. Comfortable and clean balcony room (with flowers in the flower boxes). LOVED Tea Time. Such a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely with many options on the buffet. Also loved the sauna and steam room. The benefits of this hotel go on and on.
