Excellent hotel with a great location and a very friendly, professional staff. The team was always helpful and made the stay comfortable from check-in to check-out.
The breakfast selection was fairly standard, but it was fresh, well-prepared, and offered enough variety to start the day pleasantly.
The rooms, facilities, and overall cleanliness met expectations, and everything was well maintained. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The staff was great, good location , the bed linen being white is always great & having wooden floor instead of carpet.
No lock in the bathroom, dont know if that is for any particular reason maybe. No shower tray, that made the bathroom floor to flood.

Breakfast was not that good , No fridge in the room , they gave us a room in ground floor and no view, they change the room later after complaining
The hotel is an easy walk from the rail station. A clean and wonderful facility. Staff were extremely helpful and gave great advice on how to see the matterhorn.
