Lots of style but little substance
Pros:

The rooms themselves were modern, spacious, clean, excellent! Best we've stayed in during our Switzerland stay.

Cons:

Staff pretty cold and uninvolved. No specific complaints, but zero warmth. The exception was the taxi shuttle drivers who were all super warm and lovely!

Buffet was pretty lacklustre. Lots of options but the execution of everything was sub par. Eggs were overcooked and bland. Cakes and breads were dry.
