L'hôtel est bien placé, les chambres et installations sanitaires sont propres. Gare à 5 minutes.
Pros:

Salle de bain moderne et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. L'emplacement à 5 minutes des gares.

Beautiful !
Pros:

Hotel Butterfly was in easy walking distance from the Train Station. The staff from Check-in to the Restaurant, were friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful. The view amazing. The complimentary afternoon tea . . . yummy. What a gorgeous place to stay !

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

Excellent hotel with perfect location
Pros:

This is very nice hotel, located in a quiet street, but very close to the main street in Zermat. Hotel is also very close to railway station, and it has excellent location.
My room was big enough, very well equipped, and with a big bathroom. It also has big balcony with very nice view. Breakfast was excellent. Also, I can tell all the best about hotel stuff.
The overall impression about the hotel is excellent.

Hotel bellissimo, in una posizione strategica di Zermatt a due passi dal centro.
Camera matrimoniale spaziosa ed elegante, al primo piano con accesso sull'esterno a un giardinetto comune dotato di tavolini.
Ottima pulizia e accoglienza. Kit per the caldo. L'hotel offre la possibilità di sauna, bagno turco e infrarossi su prenotazione. Colazione abbondante con dolce e prevalentemente salato, macchinette per bevande calde. Lo staff parla anche italiano.
Possibilità di lasciare le valigie in loco anche fuori orario check-in e checkout

The location is simply perfect, very close to the train station and the main street. Breakfast is full of choices and the foods are delicious.

Cons:

The floor of the shower room (which does not have a door) is higher than that of the rest of the bathroom, often causing considerable amount of water to spill out during a shower.

A very perfect and wonderful stay in this hotel.
Pros:

The location , the welcoming vibe, clean bedsheets the pillow smells good and the duvet in total the bed is very good I had a very good sleep after hiking. And of course the complimentary afternoon tea is a lovely thought of the hotel management. Breakfast is very good I will definitely recommend this and definitely coming back.
